    I made a purchase through the app on August 15th and was double charged. I went to the store and the cashier notified me I was double charged, then provided me with a post-it note that contained instructions for calling customer service to get my refund. I called multiple times and selected to be redirected to customer service, but was left with garbage music playing non-stop for 20+ minutes, no one ever picked up.

    We ordered food at the Rio Grande ** location around 1:30AM one night last week. I specifically asked for mild sauce and lots of it, as we ordered several burritos. When we got home and opened the bag, not only was there not lots of mild sauce, but there was none whatsoever. Not one packet. So needless to say, we did not enjoy the food as we hoped because the burritos were dry without the sauce, hence why I asked for sauce and lots of it. I contacted the business and told them exactly this via their complaint form, and no response

    I use the taco bell app quite frequently for ordering food. On may 23rd 2023 I noticed 3 separate transactions on my account on 5/22/23 & 5/23/23 that were not mine. Not only were they things I would never order, they also were delivery orders to somewhere in ************* *******, and I'm in ******* **** hours away. I immediately changed my password on the app and called my bank, and taco bell customer service. My bank can not do anything because my bank account was not compromised. Taco bell customer service keeps telling me I need to call my bank when actually it was my taco bell account that was hacked. And since my payment info was stored in the app they were able to pay for these orders with that. I have called taco bell customer service a few times trying to get my money refunded and they refuse to do so. I feel that since it was their app that somebody was able to hack into, and the fact that they can tell from order history that I never order those items, and I never order outside of findlay, they should refund my money. That's alot of money for something I never ordered or consumed. And they should investigate how it happened. They could start with the address these things were delivered to.

    On 07/30/2023 I ordered Taco Bell delivery and when I got my order it was missing 3 potato soft tacos.As I had a week old newborn I wasnt going to drive to the store and ask for the rest of my order. That would defeat the purpose of the delivery. I requested my refund through the app describing my problem and received no reply. I followed up by calling 1800TACOBEL and waited over 30 minutes three separate times with no answer. I messaged Taco Bell on Instagram with no reply. I created a ******* account so I could message Taco Bell. I got a reply 6 days later asking for my email and when I replied back I got no answer from them. Its been four more days and still waiting. This is by far the most pathetic customer service Ive dealt with. I cant believe such a large company can have such minimal resources for customer service. It almost feels like they have contempt for their customers by making it so difficult to talk to anybody at Taco Bell. I paid for food I never received. I want a refund and to be done with Taco Bell.

    On August 17th 2023 went into Taco Bell located in **********, ********* *******************************************************. The *** was around 6:40 PM. I ordered a Gorditos box with no sour cream on the Gordito. I watched them make the food as they often make it in correctly as I suspected, I saw the girl put sour cream on the Gordito. I politely told her that the ******* was supposed to be no sour cream. However, she could not comprehend what this meant so she ask the manager manager popped off and said to me that I must be confused so shes going to print out the receipt once she got the receipt and brought it over to me I showed her where it said no sour cream on the Gordito the manager seen I was correct and then try to downplay where she basically told me I was incorrect. I told her that if she would just listen and get rid of some of her attitude, she might come out better she started saying something again and I said just get away from me, this is win this manager unprofessionally told me she had a better idea went to the register pulled out a $20 bill and told me to go eat somewhere else I said really my meal didnt even cost 20 but Ill take it. And I left ask her what her name was, she replied ***************** with an E make sure you can spell it right , I did tell her oh, I will spell it right as she was very unprofessional, inappropriate and downright disgusting. This manager has no respect for her job or customers, and apparently her employees money, and she gave me five bucks more than I have spent.

    On August 7th i placed an order on the app for delivery. Order ******. The restaurant location was in ***** ** *****. The restaurant gave the driver someone elses order. I called the restaurant and they were extremely rude and told me i had to contact customer service to get refunded. I called that evening and was told i would be refunded for the entire order. A week later i never recieved the refund or even an email confirmation so i called customer service again. They said a report was never filed so i had to start over. At that point i asked to speak to a supervisor be ause thats ridiculous. I just want my refund! After waiting on hold for 2 hours and 15 minutes waiting for a supervisor i hung up. See the attached photo showing the phone call length. Please refund me $30.39 for order ****** and honestly for the trouble i feel like i am owed a gift card as well.

    Ordered dinner at a local branch about a month ago. Every item in that order tasted like it had some chemical or propane or gas or something in / on it. It was inedible. Several of us had the same reaction. $18 of food and it all went into the trash. I emailed the local branch online and never got a response back. Its acceptable to serve food that clearly had something major wrong with it by either the way it was cooked, the dishes it was in or something mixed in it and then ignore the guest when they complain about it? I expect a refund or some sort of compensation for this!

    I had placed an order with the Taco Bell in ******* ** on Friday August 11 2023 at 11:45am and did not find out until 2 hours later that their mobile system was down after I had ALREADY PAID FOR MY ORDER!!!! This is very unprofessional for a business to do as such especially when you have a paying customer that had already paid for the order. I want my money back for this blatant inconvenience and I also want something done about the particular Taco Bell location because this is unacceptable in my book.

    I called the store after ordering on the app to let them know they gave me the wrong order the store confirmed it and said I had to call corporate to get my refund because it was ordered through the app I put in multiple complaints and still have yet to receive a response from corporate or the customer support in app I went into the store they're very rude this has been going on since March I will never in my life spend a dime with them again
