    Was charged for food that I never ordered from Taco Bell mobile app . I've tried contacting them about this several times with no response . Please all I'm wanting is for the $21.18 to be refunded back into my account. I don't know why I was charged this I never put a order in.

    Taco Bell agreed to send me $25 gift card via complaint email. They sent me $10. I have the email as proof.

    Placed an order through the app on 3/4/23 for $77.64 worth of food around 8 pm. It was a Saturday evening but I still double checked the stores hours and they were supposed to be open until 1 am. We arrived to pick up our order at 8:18 and the employees were locking up and leaving and told us they werent making our food and that we should try to get a refund through the app. This has been an absolute nightmare. I have sent over a dozen emails and since spent 5+ hours on the phone being put on hold and told to expect my refund within 3-5 business days. The most recent person I spoke to told me I would get an email from the mobile **** within an hour. That was 30 hours ago. No email. So I sent 2 more complaint emails again tonight. All I want is my money back for the food we didnt get!!

    My Taco Bell app was hacked and two orders were placed and delivered. I called two different customer service help lines and they told me its not their responsibility to refund or credit my money. It was up to my bank to give my money back.

    I placed an order with this food service, Taco Bell, online *** my money was taken but they did not give me any food. They claimed they did not receive the order, yet my money was taken. And this happens often to others. Its THEFT flat out .. I will upload a picture of the Order and order number. Taco Bell is stealing from people across the country.

    Taco Bell has decided that it doesn't care if it fails to delivery paid for items. It no longer feels that it matters that it short changes customers. Taco Bell offers a method to contact them to tell them about an issue with your order and asks if you want to be contacted. They don't follow up. I have 5 times now been shorted something I ordered and paid for and one time the entire order was wrong. I don't have time on lunch to drive back, so I contact via their provided means and yet crickets.I'm actually a fan of Taco Bell (don't laugh). I'm a regular, but if the company will not take corrective action and really maybe even "doesn't give a $#%$#", then we should hold the corporation accountable. If you add up the numbers of missed items, charged for items not provided, I bet it's a felony, but if you add them all up maybe it's a conspiracy to commit fraud?I've ignored so many missed items in the past, but I don't think we should give them that luxury anymore, as they have proven themselves not worthy.I'm looking for credit of the following recently missed items:5 x nachos and cheese 1 x 3 taco supreme combo There is more, but I've ignored them, the list above was submitted into their "contact us "system and thusly ignored I did not save all my receipts, but they have the information in their system and I have all my orders in the Taco Bell app.

    I ordered taco bell from the mobile app 3/7/23 and paid for my order for pickup, the store was closed when I arrived. Attempted to contact taco bell multiple times with no response. Waited on the phone for over 20 minutes twice and was hung up on before reaching a human both times. Order number ****** and spent $13.40

    On February 24, **** I ordered two orders of breakfast online at Taco Bell (location: *********************************************************************************) and the store was not actually open at the time the Taco Bell website said they were. In order at 9am but the store opened at 10am. I went to the restaurant at 9:20am to pick up my food but no one answered at the drive thru. The door was also locked. So I did not receive my food. I could not wait until Ten to get my food. I called the store later that day to get a refund but they never shared the phone so I called the customer service number for a refund and they said they would give me the refund but that was a week ago and I will have not received a refund. Order numbers: Order #****** Total: $12.47 and Order #****** $10.56

    Within the past week and a half or so from todays date (2/19), my Taco Bell app has been compromised, originally with my card information stored to where someone in ** ordered 3 different orders of $75+. I called Taco Bell, they basically told me there was nothing they could do and to call my bank, the orders were still open yet they somehow couldnt cancel them. I removed my card from the app, requested to have a password changed multiple times, and an email never came to reset it. Then just in the past two days, someone in CA has compromised it (I am in MI), and keeps placing orders using rewards points or something, changing the name, number, etc. I have cancelled every order, however I have tried to reset the password AGAIN multiple, multiple times with no success. I have emailed Taco Bell themselves requesting a response for the past week and a half with no answer. I tried to cancel my account and because I have an order from the last 90 days I cannot. They are the worst company and customer service I have ever dealt with and I need a fix from them asap.

    I placed a order for 12 hard shell taco's, and when asked what sauce, my reply was a variety of each. When I returned home, there were **NO** sauces at all with the tacos, even though they are listed on my receipt.Called and spoke with the manager in charge, he would do nothing other than tell me to return to get the sauces, I informed him, that I would need compensation to drive the 20 miles back to the store again, and I would need my food replaced. He refused I asked for the district managers name and phone number, he also refused to provide that information.I would like my money refunded $21.71, since I did NOT get what I paid for.
