  A huge THANK YOU to, Royalty Exit Solutions for helping me end the nightmare that I have been trying to get out of. I was under so much stress that I wasn't able to sleep, and now that I'm out of my timeshare with no issues I can sleep knowing my problem has been solved! If you're trying to exit your timeshare, this is the company you should definitely use.   Thank you for the consultation on 12/7/23 @ 5:30 pm EST, *****. I know "you don't usually hear back from people who have asked if their lawyer can review the contract." I wanted to make sure I followed up on our conversation.The issue is not trust but respect and service. You used the same tactics - asking me questions so that you could use my answers against me at a later time, isolating me by asking if others needed to be included in the decision, and giving me a starting price, then trying to improve it by "waiving the down payment." Thanks for suggesting more research on RES. I found that the news articles I saw were sponsored ads. Here are some examples. 1) *** "***** Bay's Morning Blend ... a marketing-friendly program dedicated to offering businesses the opportunity to showcase their company/products, reach potential customers and gain results." 2) WCNC "The products and services featured appear as paid advertising." So, while your "as seen on" carousel at the bottom of your website is impressive, I bet that most are paid advertising. Impressive 5-star ****** rating! However, most of these reviewers have only left a review for RES. They're not local guides and have not mentioned specific timeshare companies or locations. And on Trust Pilot, RES has flagged the only negative review. This leads me to believe RES might participate in review scrubbing. A few last considerations - 1) As my grandmother was a "lunch lady" and my father is a "trashman," I was HIGHLY offended by your suggestive comments that they would be anything less than highly intelligent. 2) Maybe I'm the ignorant one here, but I need to figure out who or what Pueblo Bonito is. My timeshare contract is in ****** and is with **************. 3) You kept referring to my partner as a male, and I'm a l****** I can't give any money to someone who doesn't acknowledge the amazing woman she is. Congratulations on your first negative review!

  After going around in circles for months with another so called time share resolution company, my wife and I are so grateful to have found Royalty Exit Solutions. RES did exactly what they said they would do, exactly when they said they would do it... a rare thing in this day and age, to be sure. Their process was simple and straightforward, and they supported us throughout.
