    I ordered a pet stroller almost 2 weeks ago and decided FINALLY TODAY to call these idiots and find out where it is!! To my WONDERFUL SURPRISEthe phone number they have is BOGUS-NOT WORKING! It LITERALLY says this number hasnt been set up by the owner yet!!! O M G-ARE YOU KIDDING ME? THEN, I went online to their CHAT section which spewed a lot of nonsense about their company and finally at the end said I could call THE SAME NUMBER THAT DOES T WORK!! Now I will have to and DEFINITELY WILL DISPUTE this with my bank. I ONLY got this particular one bc it said on ****** that they were the best!! THIS IS A LIEDO NOT BELIEVE IF YOU HEAR THEY ATE THE BEST!! This whole issue has been SHADY AS FK!

    I'd give 5 NEGATIVE STARS! AVOID THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!They advertise if ordered by 3 pm most orders ship the same day. Mine DIDN'T SHIP FOR 8 DAYS. I had to ask for tracking#. Tires flat/warped after 2 weeks. When on hands/knees looking at tires, I see inside canopy covered in greasy tire marks in exact pattern of the rear wheels. You'd never know this unless you stuck your head underneath. I was upset when I saw this on my brand new stroller. I took pics & contacted them again. ***** was SO RUDE on phone & said that I put the greasy tire marks on the inside of the stroller, anything reported after 14 days is normal wear & they're not responsible. Nowhere on my receipt or any paperwork included with ******** says 14 days. It says 60 days! She was so hateful I was about in tears. Requested to speak to a manager. She said none available & they'd call me back. Did they call me? NO.I called again, manager (supposedly a different *****) said tire marks are from being packaged incorrectly by them. I requested replacement stroller, as I felt like I received a refurbished stroller since tires bad after 2 short ************** tire marks. She agreed but said I had to pack up my old stroller & return it to ****** A major pain to disassemble, package back up & haul a 40 LB box to ****** Made sure I inspected replacement from top to bottom. Wheels were thrown in box, so again it had greasy tire marks! Spending big$$$ on a dog stroller it should be CLEAN but arrived dirty again. I emailed pics of the 2nd stroller, that I was willing to keep it, try to clean but felt I should be given an additional % off for the huge inconvenience & receiving damaged stroller 2x. I know they offer more than 20% discount as ***** argued I already got 40% off (NOT TRUE). I got 20% after me asking & following up numerous times. A week went by after notifying of the 2nd stroller arriving damaged & no reply. I emailed again week #2 of waiting, said I'm still waiting for a reply. NO REPLY.
