    The company made a portrait of me and my gf. They sent me a rough draft and I replied to make some changes (I had a 72hr window) which I fell with in that time frame. I sent numerous emails about getting a refund because they shipped the painting WITHOUT making the modifications. They have not replied and I feel scammed. Please help me get my money back.

    Dec 3 2023 - After seeing an ad on ********* I ordered a Renaissance-style oil painting to be based on two photos that I submitted. Confirmation of this order was received by me via the email address that I provided at the time the order was placed. The confirmation includes this statement: "Shipping method FREE SHIPPING - preview in 1-2 business days, after your approval delivery will take **** business days"Dec 4 2023 - I received an email advising that my portrait was ready to review via the accompanying link, with the proviso that changes must be reported within 72 hours. While I was very pleased with my husband's likeness, I was not happy with mine. Dec 5 2023 - I followed the link to my order on their site and stated that I didn't approve of my likeness and offered to send them additional photos of myself if needed.Dec 12 2023 After a week of not hearing from the company, I clicked on my order via their initial email and saw that it had been sent to print. I immediately wrote to them and told them that I hadn't ok'd the final version and that I still wasn't happy with my likeness. Within a moment, I received an email from the company: "Hello, thank you for your message. We want to let you know that our team is committed to providing you with a prompt and detailed response. However, due to the holiday season rush and the high volume of inquiries we are currently handling, it may take us a little longer to get back to you. We are working diligently to address each customer's needs and will respond to your inquiry within 1-4 business days." Dec 16 2023 - I received a shipment email and tracking info for my order. I immediately wrote back saying that I'd never approved the painting and that I would expect them to pay to ship the item back to them.Dec 19 2023 - I wrote them again asking for an update.Dec 21 2023 - Item rceived.

    I ordered and was charged for a framed picture from Turn me Royal on Dec. 1st. After approving the proof I was told that the project had been sent to print and would be sent a tracking number when it was on its way. On 12/14 I received an e-mail asking me to approve the proof like I had before, but when I clicked to proceed it told me the project had already been sent to print. I reached out via e-mail to check on my print and got what I assume was an automated e-mail response saying that because of holiday volume my e-mail would be returned in 1-4 business days. I never got a response. I reached out again on 12/28 and didn't hear anything back.

    I ordered a portrait on December 10, 2023. When the review came, it asked if I wanted any revisions or just to send it. The picture looked awful. I have a copy of it if need be. I asked for a revision at least three times And how to provide it . Each time it came back for another review. It looked exactly the same.- horrendous. I only want a refund but theyre sending the picture nonetheless. On December 16, 2023 I ordered a different picture/portrait and that one looked fine so I pursued sending it to my friend paying the fee without apprehension. I have no idea why they are ignoring my emails and my case to PayPal. I have heard nothing from this company. I just want my money back. Thank you. *****************

    I have ordered a total of 5 portraits and one of them that was shipped to another address as a birthday gift ended up not being received even though the **** said it was delivered. I reached out to the company and they insisted I had to create a claim with ****. I said they should because they are the shipper. I called **** and they said the company had to file a claim within 30 days as they purchased insurance for $100 coverage. I wrote them an email. They write back and say they will take care of it but keep providing the incorrect order number even after I told them like 5 times. Pretty soon I just hear nothing. I have written them at least 6 emails stating I need a resolution and their automated system says they will respond in a couple days but they dont respond. The actual order number I believe was ****** the queen and her family shows as a non existent order number even tho I used it several times before and was able to view the artwork. They do not resolve when there is an issue even tho it would not have cost them anything as there was enough insurance thru **** for them to replace the birthday gift I purchased through them.

    I placed an order that promised delivery before Christmas. I have sent numerous emails and they have not returned any of them. No way to contact a real person. What a scam!!!

    Placed an order with Turn Me Royal based on their aggressive ******** ad campaign on December 3. This was meant to be. Christmas gift and their website said 1-2 days to get a digital proof for approval and **** business day shipment to me after. Proof was received and approved 12/4 and never heard from Turn me Royal again even after multiple attempts on my end. Have also seen multiple FB comments sharing the same experience. My order will not arrive before Christmas and I highly doubt I will ever receive based on what I have seen from other consumers.

    Turn me royal, paid over $60 for a print and shipping almost 3 weeks ago. Have not received and there's no phone number to contact. Fraud.

    I commissioned a portrait of my husband for our 30 wedding anniversary and Christmas gift.I was ill for a few days, so I did not read the email to approve the portrait. They approved it automatically. When I went to check the progress of the portrait, I immediately noticed his eyes were brown...my husband has blue eyes. After sending numerous emails to the support staff, they tried to convince me to accept the portrait as it was and thanked me for my understanding. I let them know that I would not do so. How could I present this as a gift with the wrong color eyes?I sent it back unopened. Then they told me if I paid for shipping, they would correct the error on their part. I reluctantly accepted this because I needed this gift. It has been over a week, and still no word from the company and no refund of my money.

    I ordered custom art print from the Turn Me Royal company on 11/30/23. I reviewed the raw images and approved them 12/04/23. The website turnmeroyal.com where I placed the order stated delivery within 11 days of order. I have contacted the company repeatedly about not receiving the art yet as of 12/15/23 and they sent a tracking number that was created 12/08/23 but all it says is label created- **** has not received the item yet. So it is overdue already and has not been shipped yet even. I ordered ** th days to spare before I needed the item for gifting on 12/17/23. **************** just provides the tracking number but as stated above the **** does not have the item yet. Even if the company uses the art approval date instead of the order date, delivery should have happened by today. But it has not shipped yet.
