I purchased two mugs from ************************** on 11/7/24 I received the mugs on 11/15/24 I used one of the mugs this weekend and washed it in the sink with **** detergent. This is when I discovered that the lettering and kitty pictures were actually stickers! Some of the lettering and the two black and white cats had peeled off the mug. I immediately emailed support. I have enclosed the emails for your information and copies of photos I took of the front and back of the mug. As you can see, support tried to pretend that you could not wash the mug. Shortly after that I went to their website and discovered that they are no longer selling my mug so I want my money back.Initial Complaint

I order a women's LARGE shirt. After one washing it shrunk to a SMALL. I have, at their bequest, sent pictures of the current size and now they ignore my emails. This is the worst quality shirt possible. I have gotten better quality at ******* '5 for $20'. BEWARE!!!Initial Complaint

I ordered 12 custom ornaments and only received nine. These were for my team of 12. When I receive my order, I quickly reached out to the company to ask them to send me the other three so I could send out the gifts to my entire team and not leave anyone out. The customer service experience was horrible. I asked for a refund And they offered a partial, which I refused since I could not send out any of the ornaments . I ordered on November 27th ************************************************************************************************************************** details of the order. After inquiring a couple of times via email, I was told that the sweater would arrive by December 16th. The order was received within the correct time but the size was small instead of the Large that I ordered. I then requested to return it for a re-print and was told that I had to pay an additional $25 for a re-print on their own mistake. Regardless, the gift for my wife will not make it before Christmas already and I have no use for a sweater which is 2 sizes. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Pawsionate for the unauthorized use of my address as their business address on their website.I have no connection or affiliation with this company and have not given permission for my address to be used for any business purposes. This unauthorized use has caused significant inconvenience and confusion for **** have already contacted the company directly, requesting the immediate removal of my address from their website and any other platforms where it may be listed. Order # PAW13681081580. I placed an order on their website on Friday, May 24, 2024. Within an hour or so, I decided to cancel it and sent an email. Their website states you can cancel an order if your order was placed within ***** hours, so I was well within the time frame. They take ***** hours to respond to an email, but on the same day - just later that night they responded and acknowledged and tried to get me to continue with me order. Early the next morning, 5/25/2024, I responded and said I want to cancel the order. That same day they responded back and advised they processed a cancellation and I would receive a refund in 7-10 business days. At that time the charge was just pending on my account, but the $35.98 cleared my account on 5/28/2024. I did NOT ever get a refund, so on Wednesday, June 6, 2024 I emailed AGAIN and that person responded on 6/7/2024 apologizes for the incovenience and saying my order was cancelled and I would get confirmation shortly. No explaination, nothing. It has been two weeks - was my original order not cancelled? It is 6/8/2024 and I STILL have not received a cancellation confirmation and I STILL have no refund of my $35.98.Initial Complaint

Ordered three T-shirts for Christmas, two of the three had measurements not consistent with their sizing chart. When I contacted them they said they would replace:1) "cat pic" sleep dress XL is 4 inches bigger around than the sizing chart.They eventually responded and offered to replace it (size X) and nothing mentioned about a requirement to pay money or shipping. They also said they allow additional yardage to allow for shrinkage, however that is not mentioned in the sizing or in there ad. (I washed it and no shrinkage). I responded I would like them to replace it and requested next steps. Since then I heard nothing until yesterday when they sent me an invoice for $15. This was their mistake alone, and I should not pay anything. Today I received new $15 invoice to pay for the cat sleep dress. 2) "dog sleep shirt" was smaller than their sizing chart. Their size X was smaller than the advertised a chart, and when I contacted them they said it was not their responsibility but that I could pay $15 to have them make it again in XL. I responded by paying the $15 invoice that they eventually sent me. since then there has been no further communication, though I recently asked for an update.I have documented email communications between us but do not know how to forward them to you.I'm concerned that this is a scam as they are not responding in accordance with their email offer to replace the cat sleep dress (no mention of any $) and also to reproduce the dog sleep shirt for$15 in size XL, which I paid. Another concern is their very slow responses, and recent responses not in accordance to their resolution offer.
