            Very deceitful. They offer membership with the folowing verbiage "become a Member to access all of our sheet music archives, without limits"After you pay, you realize that you still have to pay for almost everything with some minimal discounts. It definitely isn't worth it I regret giving them ny money.

            First of all, we can't find this customer in our database. I am not even sure if he actually joined us. Furthermore, I am sorry, but that's not true. We clearly state what our Membership offers and what it doesn't on the Membership pages before the customer decides to join:***************************************************** ************************************************************** Finally, we always offer a 90-day guaranteed refund. What do you want more than that? Customers should read and not assume. And eventually contact us first before stating lies here on the BBB portal.

            Website has serious problems with printing/downloading. It let's you pay, but won't let you print it out neither download. Also if you tried once and it failed, and you want to try from different computer or just try again, it will say "you have no remaining printouts". It really needs some improvement. Hope they give money back at least.

            Rating: 5 Short and long versions of "Hallelujah" by *********************** * VSM MEMBER * on June 2023 Handy to have the short Piano version for our Jazz band. We also used the long version with exact notes and cadence to assist our vocalist. Makes a useful combo! DML [edit] or [delete]
