      These people are ******, they stole 360.00 . I would of been better off just throwing my money out the window of a moving car. At least I could see it blow away, not with Urban Survival Arms. I got nothing for my hard earned money. They are bunch no good dirty rotten criminals. Something or someone needs to put end to these ******. There just getting away with ripping people off.

      I placed an order on October 1, 2021. I was informed shipping should occur 3 weeks later. As the weeks and months went on I followed up regularly with "Christina", and was consistently assured that my item would ship. I finally reached my breaking point and asked for the order to be canceled and refunded on 2/17/2022. The order was canceled minutes after I sent the email, but a refund was never processed. I followed up for weeks and months asking for a refund to be processed on my card, it never was. I attached many of the communications with "Christina" in support of this complaint. The registered agent for this business is ********************************************************.

      Order Date: 3/2/2022 Website said 3 weeks before they would ship so i knew it would take awhile but it says it was in stock. It been almost 2 months and they never answer any messages. I. Go to their facebook page and see more people complain about the same thing.

      I ordered a part from them on 3/23/21. I got a notice my order had been canceled on 4/27/21. Can't get anyone on the phone to tell me why. They charged my card for the amount. I would like to get a refund if possible. I see others are having the same issues..

      I lost 360.00 to item that was supposed to be in stock! What lie that was. Early back in February is when I placed order with these Fraudulent Thieves . Countless emails and phone calls attempts! Just get nothing. Need to report to LA Sheriff for theft of my money.

      I made a purchase from this company. They have taken the money out of my account. I have not received the product yet. There phone number is disconnected. And I have emailed them multiple times trying trying to just get an answer if I can get a refund or the product. Yet still no answer. I have also messaged them on Facebook. Please help.       Order number: ******* Order Date: 10/12/2021 Tax: $46.08 Total: $539.43 Their POS online steals from customers. They steal from customers, send no products and do not respond to communications. They run a scam here like the FnF Arms website scam. I would like my money in the form of a $600 gift card since there is no way I would give them card information. They like to take credit card information through POS and buy stuff in the Lancaster area had to dispute to get credit back good thing I used Credit Card and not Debit. Seeking 3 times amount before I serve them court summons. They use customer cards there is a group on Facebook you should check before buying. Not Defamation, just an explanation of their business model.
