On Sept. 6, 2021 I placed an order with Urban Survival Arms for an 80% build glock 17. They did not ship it to me at all and I finally cancelled the order in January 2022.. I asked for refund of the $531.08 that I paid on my ******** card, and they were silent about the refund after cancelling my order. I need my $531.08 back.Initial Complaint

Mid October 2021, I made a purchase from this company online. On October 18, 2021 **** was debited from my checking account via debit card. The company did not provide a product and they will not communicate with me via telephone, email, or writing. Used my wife's credit card to buy a product for **** on ******** I was informed there was a 3 week delay after that period I was informed my order would be shipped on ******** that day came still nothing I inquired again on ******* I was told by ********* it will be shipped tomorrow on ******* I checked the tracking number on **** not updated says label created on **** I was contacted on **** saying it would be shipped at the end of the week once again nothing on ***** I emailed asking what was the issue for this runaround now I'm being told parts weren't available and powder coating has halted my order for completion I have no patience left. order info is *******Initial Complaint

10/12/XXXX X weeks with some expected CO-VID19 delays ******* Tracking number with no movement from Nov 26th. Told that my product was coated and would ship November 23rd, the November 26th. Was the only thing bought with my Credit Card, all year and someone went on a shopping spree at a smoke shop days later. Their POS system has a worm. Still waiting for product. Ordered from Urban Survival Arms 7/14/21. Made a purchase of 145. Numerous messages unanswered. Finally got a response when I accused the seller of theft of my money and conducting fraudulent business. They respond with cancellation of my order and have not issued a refund. Filed a fraud claim with my bank, no progress has been made to recover the money stolen from me.Initial Complaint

On 1/23/XXXXX I placed an order with Urban survival arms and I was notified of partially shipped on **** ****** Had to call and email them about the remainder of the order. They said problems with there suppliers- they would check with them. I received of another partial shipment on5/23/2021. Email and called numerous times finally got to talk to a lady by the name of Giovanni Sanchez she would check on the remaining part. Still nothing as of 10/8/2021. I call and get a message to leave info and they will get back to me-nothing. Send emails same nothing. My order # is ******* Charged on MasterCard. Missing part is a Advantage Arms Conversion kit part # ******** **** was the cost of it. I would be happy to receive the part or a refund of ******* Hope you can help. Thanks ****Initial Complaint

Placed an order over $600 said items were in stock a month passed after couple of emails they finally responded said order would ship than my order war partly shipped requested refound for items not shipped payed for next day shipping they provided tracking number for items shipped a week later still no item and on tracking number it says they created label but ups has not received package I see this ain't the first time this has happened
