I made an order on 11/04/2021 and until this day i have not received anything, i have made several attempts to communicate with them about my order and all i got was excuses and lies giving false hopes and dates that i was supposed to be getting my order i paid $536.20 they already charged my card right away but no order us ridiculous how they pretty much robbed me of my moneyInitial Complaint

I placed an order for a kit on November 4th 2021 and since then I have been given the run around by the company. I have told multiple times that they can ship my order in a week only for it never to ship. I have sent multiple emails and messages to them asking for an update with no response. I have called and only get a machine that cuts you off after 10 seconds and disconnects the call. They refuse to either ship my order or give me a refund.Initial Complaint

On Feb 9th I placed an order from urbansurvivalarms.com for an in-stock item. After three weeks I contacted them through their website to check on the status of my order. I recieved this reply on Mar 1st from ****************:â€--------------------------------------- "Good Evening, Your order is scheduled to ship this week. I am sorry for the delay. You will receive an email with shipping notification and tracking when it goes out. Thank you *********"------------------------------------------------------ The following week on March 7th I sent the following email after never receiving the email shipping notification with tracking number:--------------------------------------------------------- "Good Morning I wanted to follow up with you regarding my order. Tuesday last week I was told that my order was scheduled to ship last week. I have checked my email thoroughly and couldn't find any notice of the package being shipped. Was there a tracking number associated with my order. As I previously mentioned I will be out of town in the coming days and will need to plan for someone being home to recieve the delivery. Thank you for your support with this."-------------------------------------------------------------- I have not recieved any communication from them since March 1st. I have called, emailed and messaged them through their website on the 9th, 11th, 14th and 15th. The phone has an automated answering machine that I've left messages on. Still no update from them. On the 15th I requested that they cancel my order and refund my money. I am no longer interested in doing business with them and would like a refund.Initial Complaint

I made a order from them over 6 months ago and still haven't got it from them I contacted them in December and they told me it would get shipped within a week and then again I contacted them in January and they told me that there was a mistake and she would get my order out ASAP and send me a tracking number and still nothing and mow I have been trying for over a month to just get a refund and they won't answer my messages or my phone calls any I have been trying a few times a week. I don't know what else to do. I spent 195.00 dollars and my order number is********.. This company has been the a real pain and they keep saying that they will get my order out but it never happens and I am done with them. Thanks any help getting my money or my order would be appreciated. ThanksInitial Complaint

I placed my order on 01/10/2022. Still have not received anything. I wrote them an email on 02/14/22 looking for an update on my order *******. I order parts and paid in full ******* on ******* ******** I have never received my order nor will anyone respond to me when I use their website email. When calling you get a pre-recorded message that say's "All staff are working in shipping please send and email or leave a voice mail message." I have tried to reach them by both and no response.Business response

Their website at the time of ordering told me that my order was shipped in 3 weeks. I even emailed them to make sure everything that I ordered was 100% in stock. ***************** one of the owners was the one to send me the email confirming everything was in stock! And that it would ship in 3 weeks! now we're at 2 1/2 almost 3 months later and about a dozen emails inquiring why my order wasn't shipped. They finally emailed me back with a cancellation of my order. And now they won't refund my money or even email me or return my calls!Initial Complaint

I placed a order on 10/4/21 I was told 4 days later the order would ship on 10/25/21. Since 10/8/21 I have not received any reply from this company and have not received my order. Urban survival arms Placed a order for **** ******* Got a email saying it would ship in 3 weeks. Still has not shipped. He will not pick up the phone, i have left may VM. I have used there instant messenger on there website, with no response. I only got after i stated that i would contact the BBB (see below). This was a lie I have sent many emails and calls looking for update a tracking number. Read others reviews and they will say the same. This is theft!!!! "I am sorry but this is the first message I have received from you. Your order was processed yesterday and is going out today. An email will be sent to you with tracking once it is uploaded into the system." Thank you *********
