My house was settling, the doors were not sliding and there were cracks above door frames, ***** came out, addressed the fix and how to prevent it in the future (sump pumps) drainage. ***** and ***** and their crew came out and went above and beyond. Making sure to hit bedrock with the piers they installed 70 -80 feet down. ***** explained everything he was doing and even tested the drainage slope and sump pumps to show me the system works. During the job two of the jacks were not able to meet my expectations, I reached out to *****, he came up with a solution that was extremely reasonable. ******** from the service team came out the next week and took care of the fix. Overall good experience with the whole team.

My project was significant and he ensured that my questions were answered, disruption was minimal, and helped reduce the anxiety with this type of work. Foundation Repair of CA has done a lot of work for me before. Great up to today. 1st time working with *******. ******* was very concise on the plan of action and all steps we would be taking for assessments of the day and resulting actions. Very straightforward. Well spoken. Worked efficiently and felt like he was there for me. They did some adjustments on my smart jacks, which I could already feel the difference and I have some options for the new work I need to complete. Easy to work with him. I am very pleased with the installation of the CleanSpace encapsulation in the crawl space under my house. The work crew was great! (******* ******, **** ******, ******* ****, and ***** ****) They were very courteous, professional, and respectful of the property. It was a pleasure to work with them. They did a fantastic job on the installation. ******* kept me informed with each step of the process, explaining everything they were doing and answered any questions I had.
