I placed an online order on March 7, 2024 through an ad during gameplay in the amount of 6.98. Today I received a phone call from an unfamiliar company Derma Fleur, saying I owe them money for monthly shipments. The woman told me I signed up for monthly shipments when I purchased the try me and pay only shipping. I had no intention of signing up for anything. I was trying the product. The woman said I can only cancel the subscription by paying the balance owed. I have not received any product since March. She told me they're holding it until I pay and said I have many packages waiting. I do not feel obliged to pay, and she never told me the balance amount. I'm nervous the company will report this to credit bureaus

I saw an ad on ******** for Derm LA Fleur anti aging serum. It offered a free product and I would pay the shipping charge, which I did. I never signed up for a subscription. Now they are calling my phone multiple times a day. I spoke to them once and they told me that I owed them approximately ******. I told them that I would not pay that and to cancel whatever it was that they fraudulently signed me up for. They said that I can't cancel until I pay the ******. I only received the "free" bottle and nothing more from them. They are rude, obnoxious and relentless.

On May 8 2024 a advertisement for a facial serum from "Derm la Fluer", at least that is the name the business listed themselves as online. It was a serum described as a wonderful anti aging breakthrough serum to help aging skin. I placed a order because the amount was only $12.49 (the charge to my bank card showed up as xxxxx31510 LoingYourSkPurchase $12.49.When I tried to disconnect from their website, a pop up advertisement for another skin cream appeared but I did not accept the order. I received a box for the original item plus another item.I looked at my bank statement, and noticed another charge had been charged to my bankcard for the s6ame day at the same minute, for a completely different item that I did not purchase. Some website AdvancedHomePurchase xxxxx315753CA for $6.95. I did not buy anything from this company. Suspiciously this charge showed up directly after the LovingYourSkPurchase. They looked similar to me on my bank statement because they capitalized the first letter in each word.On 5/15/24 MuchNeededHo xxxxx32584CA processed 5/17/24 another charge $129.99 (similar company/website name.)On 5/15/24 FullSpeedFitXXXXX32964 charged $119.99 to my bank card that processed on 5/17/24.On 5/31/24 PickMeLandscXXXXX19756 charged my bank card $29.93 I contacted *************** at the ***************************. They issued me a new bank card. They gave me temporary credit for each item. All items were eventually investigated and I received a full refund for all amounts. However, today is November 14, 2024 and I have received multiple phone calls from their supervisor of that product saying I owe them money from phone number *************) they told me to contact their supervisor at ************ to pay them $199.00 they say I owe. I also want to mention that I contacted them and they assured me they would close my account. They assured me they were closing my account. Their Supervisor called me today saying I owe $199.00 in fees.

I just got a phone call from this company that was pretty threatening. The caller was rude and accusatory. I searched my email and also viewed product online. They said they delivered it to me in July but never got payment. I never purchased or was even interested in this product. I dont even see that Ive ever seen it or known about it. Not sure if the company is trying to scam people or what but before he hung up on me, stated that they were going to pursue legal action.

That company calls from the phone number ********** several times a day . Supposedly I ordered a trial serum for shipping and handling fee in June 2024. My credit card blocked further payments . I don't recall ordering or using the product. I check my credit cards and Pay pal statements for that period and there is no transaction of 6.99 that would be the amount they claim I paid. I answer the call from this number twice the same day and both people I spoke would tell me the same story with a little variations to it. That I owe them now ****** since I have not called and cancelled the account within 10 days. I was threatened with " acceleration of account", "accumulating fees "etc and of course bad credit at the end. Both times I was told that paying right now over the phone is my only option to avoid problems! I have not received any products from that company, I treated it as scam and I stopped answering calls. I just want to make sure that my info was not stolen ( they have my address and phone number ). I checked company website, it seems like they still offering that free trial on product.

I ordered the free sample. Read the terms and conditions first. Nothing about being billed for the full cost of the product or a subscription. I received the product. Contacted through email asking about returning it as I had found all the complaints on BBB website. No response. I actually had to cancel my debit card because as soon as I sent the email they tried charging it and I was notified of potential fraud from my bank. They have called 3 times now looking for money.

I went to there website on May 11, 2024 to order the trial size of 1 product advertised I saw on tv. I paid and after I noticed they charged me more for 2 products. I never received the products firstly, secondly they charged my credit card, thirdly I just found the order in page in my website history because I track everything I buy and it says I placed he order on October 13th 2024 which is not what my credit card statement says. - I just noticed this because I didnt realize they were a scam in the beginning, considering they are advertising all over the tv ads. This is a scam and fake company. I have all the information and will be calling my credit card next for a refund, as I tried calling them and they did not have a working number. ************! They offered a free trial for 1 skincare product then charged me for 2 and never sent anything. Also they charged each product under different companies names on my credit card statement that shows everything. I am uploading a picture and of my credit card statement too, i blacked out any overly personal account information. If its too much then please let me know.

Earlier in 2024 I saw an ad on Instagram for 2 skin care products from a company named ************* located in ********** **********. If I paid for shipping and handling, I could try the products for free. Sounded great. So I gave my credit card information, paid the $6.99 & waited for the products to arrive. Which they did. What this crooked company doesnt want you to know is that you are now enrolled in a monthly sales scam paying $129.95 for monthly shipments of these products. If you fail to call & cancel within 10 days of receiving the product, you havent complied with their cancellation policy and you are stuck. I might add that its nearly impossible to contact this company because when I saw the charge on my credit card, I struggled to get someone on the phone to stop these shipments & cancel. Since that phone call took place several months ago I cant recall specifics. I only recall that I did make the call. **** forward to today October 7th 2024 when I received a thoroughly harassing phone call from someone somewhere who was difficult to understand. I was told that I needed to pay the $129.95 outstanding balance immediately or I would continue to be part of this monthly sales scam without the option to cancel. There was no way out except to pay now. She told me the company had given me an extended term to pay the balance. I explained I was unaware of any outstanding balance or extended term. I hadnt heard from this company in months in any way, shape or form. My understanding has been that the matter was closed. There was no reason to think there was any outstanding balance. With this phone call today threatening me with my credit score & a perpetual tie to do business with them, I realized it was time to file a BBB report. Immediately I saw many negative reports filed before mine. I refused to pay today. This companys particular scheme to deliberately mislead people must be stopped. Dont fall victim to Der La Fleurs evil ways.

In the last couple of days I have received about a dozen or so phone calls from a company named Derm LaFleur. Telling something about my expired credit card needing to be up dated for this serum/face cream. I never ordered or received. They are extremely rude & demanding plus threatening. I can hardly understand them because of a strong accent. Accusing me of ordering this product in April of 2024. I've gone thought my transaction from credit ********************************** In the mean while I've shut my ringer off, sick of these calls. I also told them I didn't order it nor received it & not paying for it. So what else I'm I able to do???? Ppl beware.
