      on ********* USCB America -(XXX) XXX-XXXX Address: *************** *** **** *** ******** ** XXXXX, opened a debt against me but did not report it to me or the credit bureaus until February 2022. Once reported I immediately contacted them and started to inquire about the debt. USCB informed me they were collecting for Kaiser Permanente and refused to provide proof of debt. I contacted Kaiser and the debt was recalled on May 9th 2022. As of June 8, 2022 USCB is has not updated the credit companies of the debt recall which has dropped my credit score considerably. I have faxed, called and emailed to communicate the debt has been recalled as well as spoken with multiple reps. The company refuses to send me a letter stating they no longer have the debt and its been recalled so I can have the credit companies delete the derogatory marks. They are holding my credit report hostage and have not updated the credit companies since April 25, 2022.

We have requested removal of the reported item in order to meet their desired resolution and we will no longer be contacting the consumer regarding this account.

      This agency claims I owe Kaiser Permanente $304 for allergy testing. They included their "proof" from Kaiser. Spoiler alert I downloaded the bill from Kaiser directly who also paid money against that claim and my share was $35 which was also paid. I have proof of this. This agency needs to be held accountable for sending people false information claiming that they owe money that they do not. Shameful.
