I purchased tickets to see a concert through see tickets in late 2024. The concert was canceled and I was notified that I would receive a refund. The total price of the tickets was $107 including $20 in taxes and fees. They only refunded me $88 and when I inquired about the rest of the $20 in fees they said they would not refund me for the fees. I'm not sure if this is legal or not. I feel like I've been robbed of the $20 due to no fault of my own. If this is legal then I guess disregard my complaint.Business Response

I am beyond frustrated and appalled by your companys blatant disregard for its own refund policy. I purchased tickets for Rio Da Yung OG Concert Order number: gn06DS7GUQGI3H. Tickets totaling $91.48, and the show was rescheduled to a date that I cannot attend. According to your terms and conditions, I am eligible for a refund in such situations. Yet, despite this, you have failed to process my refund or even respond to my *********** is completely unacceptable that I am being ignored when your own policies clearly guarantee a refund in circumstances like mine. On Feb 1, 2024 I purchased a concert ticket and RV camping pass from See Tickets for ******************* Music Festival for the amount of $266.31 and $395.84 respectively. The event was suppose to take place June *****rd. The event was cancelled on June 16th by Sierra ****** by official postings and communications via social media and email. I contacted See Tickets for a refund request and was told the event organizer, ************* had not officially cancelled the event. However, as shown in my attachment, ************* in fact did cancel the event. See Tickets has refused to refund myself and many patrons their money back. I initiated a fraud investigation with my financial institutions and was successful in getting some of the money paid back but not all. I would like to See Tickets be investigated for fraud in failing to return money paid in advance for a concert that never took place.Business Response

In the spirit of unity, we are announcing that all SNWMF 2024 music tickets are honored at Reggae on the River 2024 held on August 2nd-4th at ***************** in ****************

I am rejecting this response because the response sent to me was not from SEE Tickets. That was a canned response from ******************* Music Festival staff as they were canceling the event. SEE Tickets accepted patrons money for advanced purchase of concert tickets. ****************** cancelled the event, that money should have been refunded as stated on SEE Tickets website.I've uploaded documentation that states the event was canceled, and SEE Tickets refund policy. I will never purchase advanced tickets from SEE Tickets again and I hope everyone that was frauded against feels the same way. Because of this event, the public faith in purchasing advanced Tickets has been lost. I would guess anywhere from 5000 to ***** people were frauded by SEE tickets and High Sierra. The right thing to do is come up with a refund plan to satisfy patrons. Whatever that looks like. Otherwise, SEE Tickets may be forced into a class action last suit...again and be forced to settle.

While that may be partly acceptable, what's not acceptable is to charge patrons for a ticket to a concert, that concert is cancelled, and patrons don't get their money back. I have never heard of such a thing. So what's stopping anyone else from doing the same thing to other patrons. See Tickets should litigate against Sierra ****** Music Festival, and not punish the patrons that purchased the tickets and received nothing in return. See tickets appear to have a settled class action suit or two, what's one more. I'm not sure why I'm wasting my breath on BBB, might as well be the NTSB. There is no enforcement or consequence for fraud. I'm not even sure See tickets are subscribers to BBB.During Covid in 2020 we had festival tickets booked for Vegas... Reggae Rise Up. The festival was cancelled because of low tickets sales and the pandemic. I had the option of receiving a full refund or keep my tickets for the following year. I kept my tickets and the festival organizers not only honored my original tickets, but gave me two additional tickets at no cost. I got 4 VIP tickets. That's a standup company. I will never purchase tickets for a venue sold by See Tickets and I hope anyone who reads this follows suit.

On June 12, 2024, I purchased two tickets for a music festival that was later canceled by the promoters. I requested a refund from See Tickets, but they have not refunded the money. When I contacted them, they refused to issue the refund, claiming that it would come from the event promoters. This claim is false, as See Tickets received the payment directly, not the promoters. Therefore, See Tickets should handle the refund process. I attempted to dispute the charge with my bank, but my request was denied. I am requesting a prompt refund of my funds. I bought two tickets to see *************************** and the Nasty Delicious on May 8, 2024. Doors for the show Troubadour were advertised as 7pm. Unfortunately, doors opened over 30 minutes late, and the show didn't even start until after 8:30pm. Then, because the openers took nearly 45 minutes, and the band was slow to set up afterward, my wife and I barely saw the headliner before we had to leave shortly after 9:30pm. In other words, we did not receive what we paid for, and I think we should receive at least a partial refund for this show.Business Response

Unfortunately, shows sometimes run behind schedule. The event took place, although there were some delays, the performers that were listed still took the stage. As previously stated, if a customer unfortunately has to bow out early from a show, we understand but we cannot grant a refund for that reason.
We can provide a contact link *************************************** for the venue directly, if you would like to escalate your request. The event organizer must approve of refunds, when the customers request was escalated on our end, it was denied for the reason listed above.
Please feel free to contact the organizers directly, as sometimes they do offer one time approvals, but it is on a case by case basis and there is not guarantee.

I purchased tickets to the Memorial Day concert to see Shaboozey. The show started at 10pm which is when I arrived. At midnight I was informed by staff that he would not be arriving until 1:15am at the earliest. Since the venue closed at 2am. I chose to leave at this point and request a refund. I later found out he did not show up until 1:30 and only performed 2 songs. Which is not what was represented by See Tickets. I recently bought tickets to an event that was cancelled. The full purchase price was $178.59 but they only refunded me $167.01. When I emailed them, they claimed the remainder that wasn't refunded was "for operational costs." But how are there "operational costs" if the event didn't happen? Would like to be refunded the remaining $11.58 that I am owed. Thank you
