    I bought tickets, and they never sent them to me. The customer support has been awful, and getting a refund has been an ongoing process. Do not recommend! Buy from a different distributor for better service and a company that will 100% send you the tickets after getting confirmation codes. etc.

    Hello there,

    The order was sent to the email address entered at checkout, ****************************. It was also available in your online account with us.

    At this time, a refund can't be issued as the order is still in "chargeback" status. The dispute can take up to 90 days from beginning to end to clear from our system.

    For the event purchased, only the event organizer has the authorization to approve a refund once the dispute has cleared.

    The worst company I have ever used. They are an absolute scam and their customer support is bullishit. Please save yourself your MONEY and TIME DO NOT use this company to buy tickets. Was on hold 3 times for 20 minutes each and then was disconnected. Called a bunch of time during their normal business hours and kept getting disconnected before getting to talk to anyone. Absolute SCAM. Also reached out to them through email and after I FINALLY got a hold of someone they said my claim had been taken care of and closed it. It was not taken care of. Told me to call the insurance company because there was nothing they could do. The insurance company said that it had nothing to do with them and was all to do with SeeTickets. They AT LEAST transferred me back to SeeTickets, which SeeTickets never offered, and then had to wait on hold again for 20 minutes, when the wait time was only 4, to be told, again, that they could not do anything. And they continued to gaslight me until I finally hung up. PLEASE do not support a business that treats PAYING customers so s*****

    I have listened back to the calls placed and we apologize that the outcome you were hoping for was not reached. However, we are not the ticketing platform for the Denver event, the ticketing agency for that event is Live Nation.

    Two things are in play here for your order. The first, being that all customers agree to the terms and conditions on our site that state all sales are final: (**********************************************)

    The second is, that we cannot exchange tickets between our company and a completely different ticketing company.

    We appreciate your understanding as to why our agents denied the refund/exchange request.     I ordered tickets from see ************************ and when the show was cancelled and no one would tell me when I would be receiving my refunds. No one answered the phone. I emailed them three times and yet no other correspondence from them or the promotor of the show.

Please can you submit details of your order to ******************************* so we can either assist you, or pass your inquiry to the UK ************************************ is the UK business so that maybe why you had trouble getting your issue resolved.

    Show was cancelled 4 hours before doors open because SeeTickets sold 100 scalped tickets. The only reason we found out was through a bouncer, not the venue, not the ticket website, or the ** event page. We had already driven the hour and a half to the venue. Had friends stay with us for the weekend so they could ride with us to the show. Another friend of ours put his whole family up in a hotel for the night so he could go. Literally an hour after they checked into their room it was cancelled. I bought and paid for a special fit to be made for the show. Living paycheck to paycheck, saved the money to splurge on something special just to waste it all.

    They are the worst to work with. I would rather pay high fees to ticket master than use them ever again in the future. The conned me into having to buy new tickets for a show in September After I did, they told me that I actually didnt need to buy them. They would not reissue a refund and now they have ghosted me. I hope artist who use them see this. And turn away from this Ponzi scheme

    I would give them a zero if I could. Their website was deceptive, I went to order a matinee show and the add to car button for those tickets was at the bottom of the screen but an add button for the late show was sneakily placed in between the label for the matinee and the actual add button. As I result I mistakenly purchased the late show. When I asked for an exchange they said yes, if the purchase was equal or greater. They instructed me to purchase the new tickers an then provide the order number then they would issue a return. So I bought the same number of tickets for the matinee. However, the matinee tickets were slightly less than the late show, so they denied the return. Now I have paid for two sets of tickets that they won't return. It's shady business practices and absolutely ridiculous.

    The exchange policy must be followed, as only equal or greater exchanges are granted. Event organizers do not permit lesser value exchanges. Since the strict policy and detailed instructions were provided to you, I apologize that we cannot issue any refund.

    Full on fraud company. There is no confirmation email with any sort of barcode or anything you can scan for the event. You'll create an account that doesn't actually exist, so that they can steal your information. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. You will have to fight with your bank/credit card company to recover any purchases from them.

    Do not use! Scam sight! Had tickets for Cork snd Jug in ************* weekend. Concert was canceled less than a week away and still no refund, no response to emails or messages! Have to dispute charge with my bank
