Show was cancelled 4 hours before doors open because SeeTickets sold 100 scalped tickets. The only reason we found out was through a bouncer, not the venue, not the ticket website, or the ** event page. We had already driven the hour and a half to the venue. Had friends stay with us for the weekend so they could ride with us to the show. Another friend of ours put his whole family up in a hotel for the night so he could go. Literally an hour after they checked into their room it was cancelled. I bought and paid for a special fit to be made for the show. Living paycheck to paycheck, saved the money to splurge on something special just to waste it all.

They are the worst to work with. I would rather pay high fees to ticket master than use them ever again in the future. The conned me into having to buy new tickets for a show in September After I did, they told me that I actually didnt need to buy them. They would not reissue a refund and now they have ghosted me. I hope artist who use them see this. And turn away from this Ponzi schemeSee Tickets US Response

I would give them a zero if I could. Their website was deceptive, I went to order a matinee show and the add to car button for those tickets was at the bottom of the screen but an add button for the late show was sneakily placed in between the label for the matinee and the actual add button. As I result I mistakenly purchased the late show. When I asked for an exchange they said yes, if the purchase was equal or greater. They instructed me to purchase the new tickers an then provide the order number then they would issue a return. So I bought the same number of tickets for the matinee. However, the matinee tickets were slightly less than the late show, so they denied the return. Now I have paid for two sets of tickets that they won't return. It's shady business practices and absolutely ridiculous.See Tickets US Response

Upon revewing your email exchange with one of our agents, I see they stated the following information: "Place a new order for the desired ticket(s) (must be of equal or greater value), from the same event organizer."
The exchange policy must be followed, as only equal or greater exchanges are granted. Event organizers do not permit lesser value exchanges. Since the strict policy and detailed instructions were provided to you, I apologize that we cannot issue any refund.

Full on fraud company. There is no confirmation email with any sort of barcode or anything you can scan for the event. You'll create an account that doesn't actually exist, so that they can steal your information. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. You will have to fight with your bank/credit card company to recover any purchases from them.See Tickets US Response

Is a scam, they cancel events and don't give any kind of refund. Don't buy anything from here. They cancelled an ***** *** yacht reguetton party and said they would give us a refund but they lied.See Tickets US Response

We appreciate the review, however, our records show that your refund was processed for Cork & Jug on 6/11 for the full amount of $120.
When cancelations happen, there are many steps needed to be taken before we can start processing refunds, so we ask customer for a little patience, but all refunds for this event have already been returned.

This company has the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. We were doing a payment plan for Wakkan and all our payments went through, there was only one remaining. A day after one had gone through our account was flagged and the money was refunded. They could not tell us specifically why it was flagged. We were told if we wanted to go still, we needed to repurchase tickets. When we originally purchased them they were at Tier 1 prices, now they are at Tier 3 and they expected us to be ok with paying that to get tickets again? we apologize for the inconvenience, however fraud reversals are not in our control. If the fraud system flags one or more of your payments as possible fraud, it is automatically refunded. Once a tier is sold out, we cannot generate any further tickets for that pricing.

Worst company ever have used 3 times and everyone of them was horrible. From there app not allowing me to confirm my tickets, to the bait and switch from seat selection to purchasing page going from what you picked to ga tickets. Then most recently how their customer service **** literally has no one there ever. Been trying to refund my eclipse festival tickets for over 4 weeks. I've called repeatedly to get nowhere. I have never hoped an earthquake swallows up a business more in my life. Avoid this company at all costs.See Tickets US Response
