    The website is unusable and the customer service is useless. Their website gives customers issues that no one can seem explain, but somehow it's up to the customer to figure out why their website is crashing. In my instance, multiple cards kept declining on their website and I thought it was my bank. I called my institution, and they didn't even see the transaction go through on any of the cards. I call See Tickets US, and they tell me the can't take payment over the phone, they have never seen this error message, and that I need to reach out to their IT team. IT tells me to clear cache and browser history, try different devices and browsers. I've done everything and I still get the same error message. I let them know this and they tell me it's my fault because ticket sales are still happening and they refuse to offer any kind of help.

    After transacting with this business hundreds of times, totalling thousands of dollars, they have suddenly and without warning blacklisted me from purchasing from them. They are falsely claiming that I have filed chargebacks against them, something that I have not done. They are refusing to take any action whatsoever to resolve this, and they are refusing to communicate any additional information to me regarding why they have done this

    I bought VIP tickets from see tickets for the Spring Awakening Music festival ran by react presents or livexlive (who they were sold to in 2020) in 2022. It was canceled and they offered a refund or you could wait till 2023 and would receive upgraded tickets. There has been no show and see tickets will not give refunds. They say to contact Spring Awakening or React Presents two entities that won't respond or even exist. My bank can't charge back because it was 2020.

    Date of Transaction: May 26th 2023 Amount of Money paid for the business:$229.24 Order number:gnR077497A103B Dispute Nature: The organizers did not hold the event as scheduled.Details:The event, a three-day festival initially scheduled from Sep 01 to Sep 03, was abruptly canceled on the first day. See Tickets US initially claimed that the second and third days of the event were still planned to proceed. However, I have since learned that the necessary preparations, such as stage setup and safety testing for a large audience, have not been undertaken. This lack of preparedness has left me deeply concerned for my own personal safety and well-being, as well as the well-being of all attendees.The uncertainty and anxiety resulting from this situation have taken a significant toll on my mental health, and I feel it is my responsibility to prioritize my safety above all else. Therefore, I cannot in good conscience attend the remaining days of the event and must request a full refund for the tickets I purchased.I understand that the Better Business Bureau has a strong reputation for helping consumers like me resolve disputes with businesses effectively. I hope that your involvement can help expedite the process and bring a fair resolution to this issue, ensuring my financial reimbursement and, more importantly, my peace of mind and safety.Please let me know if you require any additional information or documentation from my end to assist in this matter.     The Client (EZOO) has reached out to all customers and has provided communication in regard to refunds for the days they cancelled the event. At this time the client has communicated that it will be issuing refunds for Friday and Sunday only. Saturday will not be refunded. The client is in charge of reimbursing the customer for its failed event. Per our terms See Tickets is not liable for any cancellation or postponement a client may have in the forgoing of an event.

    In regard to the Electric Zoo Festival, all customers were notified that the event organizer is working on refunds and once they have their processes and the situation at hand figured out, refunds will be issued. We unfortunately do not have an update from them to provide customers.

    Attached is the verbiage we have provided all customers. We apologize that we do not have further updates at this time, once we do, we will gladly inform all customers. 

    Customers were also provided an email for escalation directly to the event organizers, which we highly recommend doing so. The email is ******************

    Purchased a ticket to see a show and didn't notice there was a refund deadline. The musician I wanted to see canceled on the last day I could request a refund, which was a Wednesday before the event on a Sunday. An email was sent out to me but I didn't notice it until the following Saturday a day before the concert took place. When I requested a refund for not attending I was told no because they couldn't determine whether I went or not, which is not my problem.

    I purchased tickets for KAABOO 2020 event in Sept. 21, 2019 for $467.98. See Tickets informed me I would need to call Tricor Int'l. ********************* told me they are no longer affiliated with KAABOO and to call See Tickets again. I spoke with ****** who said I needed to call Tricor, she would not allow me to speak with upper management and get a response to status. I have no recourse at this point, someone is lying and has my money.

    Unfortunately, the event organizers have are no longer in business and the entity that has acquired the ** and the right to execute future versions of ****** have refused to provide the funding necessary to execute refunds for the previously postponed/cancelled event.  See Tickets acts as an agent selling tickets to our partner's events and we remit all ticket sales to those organizers as tickets are sold.  We have passed on all refund requests to the event owners since the event was postponed/cancelled and we continue to ask the event's owners to provide some details (refunds or tickets to a future event, etc.) to us so we can communicate with those ticket buyers.  To date we have received no reply to those communications.

    I purchased 2 tickets via See Tickets on 11/21/2022 for a show on 12/10/2022. I was directed there from the venue's website and completed the online purchase totaling $68.00. My checking account was charged that day for that amount. It's now been almost two weeks and I have not received a confirmation email, nor the actual tickets. I tried finding my tickets via the order tracker. The order tracker requires a reference number for the order, which I was not provided at any point in the transaction. See Tickets customer service website (through TrustPilot) were also 'unable' to find any of my information regarding the purchase. See Tickets seems perfectly capable of taking my money, but not providing their end of the deal. This is nothing short of thievery.

    Per our records a confirmation email and tickets were sent 11/20/2022. After a conversation with ***** we resent his tickets 12/02 and those tickets were scanned 12/10. I have attached a screenshot with this information. He received his tickets and used them on 12/10. No thievery occurred.

    Would not honor a PROMO code. Or work with us to give us a partial refund. They charge extremely HIGH fees for sending you electronic tickets. They don't have 24 support. Monday thru Friday only. EVENTS often happen on weekend days and after 5pm. DO NOT BUY TICKETS to an event thru this company. Do not go to an event that uses this company!!

    Upon looking into your order we have found that the response our customer support representative provided to you was in fact the proper response. Per our policy
    "See Tickets is a service that provides you with tickets to events. We do not operate these events and cannot control unforeseen circumstances which may occur at an event. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully as it represents an agreement between yourself and See Tickets. By completing your transaction, you are agreeing to the terms of purchase and privacy policy. Please contact the producer of the event for their own terms of purchase and refund policies. In the event of conflicting terms in this Terms of Purchase and the Promoter/Producer's ticketing terms and conditions, the terms of the latter shall govern." Also in our policy, "You agree not to contact See Tickets to seek a refund or exchange from See Tickets when See Tickets is prohibited from providing one by its clients, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from See Tickets. Should you do so, your tickets may be cancelled, and See Tickets may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using See Tickets."     Additionally, the client in this case would refer to the Christmas in Hawaii; ******************************* Tour. I have added an attachment that shows their policy that states all sales are final, which means all sales would also be final on our end because we are bound under the policies they set forth for their event.
    I hope this further explains the reasoning as to why we are unable to provide you an exchange or refund for this event.

    I am writing in to dispute a fraudulent transaction made with my card to SEETICKETS (with order number #************** placed on 08/21/2022 for $75.15). After I got the email from the merchant confirming my order-which I did not authorize-I immediately contacted their customer support via email informing them of this unauthorized activity. SeeTickets informed me that they do not offer refunds (even though this was fraud) and told me to take it up with my bank-who would deal with their fraud department. Upon doing so, I was credited the money back-however, SEETICKETS then went and contested the charge back and took the money back from me! This is completely unethical behavior and they leave costumers with no resources to resolve fraudulent transactions (there is not even a number or email to call to be in contact with their fraud department-as per their costumer service team).

    Requested a refund this company that is responsible for collecting and refunding money form a terrible company that collected money from people 50k people and then canceled a massive show for slight rain storm. ******* is the festival. See tickets was responsible for refunding money for services not provided. They sent me a confirmation that the refund was processed and then lied when I called to inquire about the refund. Said it was processed on the 10th of may and it wasn't until my last call that it was revealed that it was declined on the 6th of may and I have a confirmation email on the 10th that it was successful. No attempt was made to give me the opportunity to request a physical check. They are clearly hoping people will not continue to follow up and making this harder to process a refund in hopes that people give up. My complaint is that they lied about processing my request and then not providing adequate information on the next steps to process a physical check. We shall see if they actually refund my money in the one month timeline they gave to mail a check.
