    I was able to resolve my issue via text at a time that worked best for me which is usually when most customer service lines are closed. The team member that helped me was detailed and quick to resolve the issue. This is my first time using FFF customer service and I was very pleased!

    Although I am disappointed that my add-on order somehow was dropped, *** credited my account and added funds for the inconvenience. Quick response was appreciated. However, I will be less interested with add-on orders going forward.

    Fabfitfun (FFF) use to be good, now they are overselling products they dont have. And locking you into a contract that they cannot follow through with.Hyped by influencers but no real substance. **************** is slow and not helpful. I am a long time member and have spent thousands. To be treated bad, to not receive products, follow up, or fair compensation is disrespectful.Their forum is full of people they have done wrong. To be told something was out of stock and receive credit, then to see it back in stock for a higher price is down right shameful. This does not seem like a legal or at least ethical practice.Did you, FFF, sell more the drive up profits at the end of year to inflate your stock and fool your investors? I am just going to say it, Fabfitfun *****. Dont subscribe, shop regular store sales and dont give into the high. It was fun at first, but it crashed and burned me. At Christmas time no less, these were presents.
