    I received my winter box and was incredibly frustrated to see that I did not receive any of the items I had picked during customization except for one. The only item in my order that was correct was a pair of mini baking dishes and one of them is completely unusable due to a large crack in the bottom. I had also paid an extra $20 to receive the Fenty Perfume in my box which I did not get as well. When I reached out to FabFitFun they told me that all of my items had sold out and that they would refund me $15 for the hassle. I paid an extra $20 for an item I didnt revive and youre going to refund me $15 when the one item I did receive is broken? At no point did anyone reach out to me and let me know that the items I had purchased were sold out and that they would be being replaced. At no point was I given a chance to choose different items. They finally refunded my $20 extra for the perfume but I have no doubt that they would gave kept that money had I not continued to reach out to them. At this point they are not willing to refund the rest of my money even though I have said I will send the items back. I did not spend my money on random/broken items. If someone had reached out to me and let me make different choices I would have been understanding. It is incredibly bad business practice to take peoples money and not send them what they have paid for. I have asked to cancel my subscription even though I have loved them for years. Their service and shady practices have gotten worse over the last year and I refused to continue trying to deal with them. Avoid them at all costs if you dont want to waste your money on c*** you never asked for and items you cant use because they are broken.

    Their customer service is terrible. I received the wrong items from them and they keep giving me the runaround. They will not help me. I dont know what to do.

    This subscription service is shady. They dont make it clear when you subscribe that youre subscribing for a year. Then they send you all these random products (and charge you) that are not part of the regular fab, fit, fun subscription box. So, in order to stay on top of all the shipments youre scheduled to get, you must check your account constantly so that you can customize or decline all the extra products. I subscribe to several different beauty boxes and this one just isnt transparent as the rest of them are and it feels very shady. I ended up getting several items I didnt want, didnt order and couldnt return. I do not recommend this company.

    Fab fit fun uses deceptive practices to lock you into a subscription with sub par items. They highly inflated value of the items is no where close to what you receive. Additionally, their customer service is fully aware of issues and refuse to correct due to corporate policy. I hope and pray this company goes out of business, they are a complete sham and should have a warning label on every platform.

    Wonderful customer service! I was expecting to have some difficult back and forth to solve the issue of my stolen package but instead, the customer service agent was super helpful and understanding and was able to quickly resolve my issue.
