      I am not liable for this account with ********************. I do not have a contract with Westlake Financial Service. They did not provide with original contract as i requested from them more than once.

      I had a car loan with US Auto Sales since 6/23/2020. I had been paying on my loan faithfully for the last 3 years up until they closed their operations in April '23. I was still paying my loan payts up til about May '23. Then I learned USAS was filing bankruptcy. I later learned Westlake Portfolio Mgt was servicing the loan of USAS. After thoroughly viewing my contract with US Auto was supposed to give my loan to a financial institution to continue out my loan agreement. WPM is a debt collector. They cannot secure any loans. They are not a banking institution with secured funds. I do not have a signed contract loan with WPM. I have received debt collecting letters and phone calls indicating they are a debt collector attempting to collect on a debt. They illegally STOLE repossessed the car. All of my hard work and money I have invested into my car is no longer in my possession. How do they have the right to take a car that they never secure an interest in? I never signed a contract with me? WFS nor WPM is not the lienholder on the title of my vehicle according to the ** DMV. ** Auto is still the legal legitimate lienholder of my car! WPM is reporting on my credit report as a loan that was started with them on 6/23/2020. Which is the same date that I started my loan with US Auto. WPM are not showing any of the payment(s) months that I had paid to USAS from the start date. So it looks like I have not made a payment nor a history of paying the loan. WFS/WPM is tacking on an additional daily interest rate of ****%, on top of the annual interest rate USAFS has on my original contract. I have no daily ****% interest rate. On my credit report, WPM is showing that WFS is the ORIGINAL CREDITOR. NEVER signed nor agreed to a loan with them. Westlake Financial Services may have got the contract to service the US Auto Sales loans since they are in bankruptcy. FS gave it to their sister company Westlake Portfolio Mgt to execute collecting on the loans for USAS.

      ******************** is TRASH . Us auto sales giving out fraudulent titles to save their faces & this company going right along with the madness . I cant wait til WLM goes bankrupt for all the right reasons . Furthermore stop calling asking for money once you collect the collateral thats your profit nobody owes you nothing . I have a active court case as is . Karma knocking . Hope all the threats and laughs was worth it . Now sale the cars and stop harassing people yall done that ENOUGH next step is filing a harassment charge . You will REAP WHAT YOU SOW !

      This company has an atrocious customer ********************** department that does the complete opposite of providing assistance. They sure know to take money though!! I needed my issue solved about my late mother's auto file settled with the title sent and a Lien taken off MONTHS AGO. This has now been on for more than 6 months, being given the run around, given false dates of when they'd contact the DMV/Mail out of titles, seriously?? What kind of legitimate company does business like this besides shady ones? I am going to begin a litigation process if I am not contacted with an actual resolution.

      About a month ago, my car got towed for a parking violation. In the midst of this my keys were lost as well, most likely in the vehicle. Three days later I received a text from Westlake that they were going to recover my car. I called them and verified I had NEVER missed a payment. They said that was correct and my payments were on time and I could go get the vehicle. She told me that I had three days, and I replied that i had to wait for my daughter to get off school and I would Uber 2hrs to the towing place, that same day yo go pay the vehicle out. They lady came back on the phone and her manager was telling her about auctioning my car. I questioned her about it and she said dont worry that takes weeks and if I go that day, I will get my car. So I listened to her and I showed up to the impound lot, and the people working there me tell me that Westlake financial arrived 5 minutes before and that my vehicle was being repossessed. I told them I didnt owe the bank any late money and they said too bad. Fast forward 2 weeks, I finally paid all of the charges and received my vehicle back. My vehicle was completely ransacked and trashed, there was a purse with valuables, a phone, headphones, money, my kids car seats and my possessions missing or thrown away. There is damage yo my vehicle, the battery was dead and they dragged my awd car all over in park. I am having to pay **** for a key, and I need my title to do so. Westlake led me astray for three days trying to help me get the title, only to have the organization block my email request and have a very rude person tell me they wont help me with the title. They are rude and have no empathy for their paying customers. This is a common practice for this company as verified by a class action lawsuit in 2019 for illegal repossession practices. This is the most fraudulent thing Ive ever witnessed, and now after I havent had a vehicle for a month they wont help me to get a key. Never use this company!

      I was approved for loan in July sign contract. I began asking questions about the price of the loan which didn't match asking *****. 3 weeks later I was told loan was rescinded. Try to reach and company continue to hang phone ** in my face. I gave a down payment of **** dollars. Dealership kept running my credit for 3 weeks but never said why. Dealership never told me to bring vehicle back but just look for someone that will finance me. UP a notch is the dealer name. No one is trying to give me my down payment back and then I was charged almost 300 dollars to use company Square to make payment.

      Even with better business bureau advising this company they couldnt get any better. They simply do not hear what is being said to them and makes it impossible to work with this company. Ive had many problems with this company and have gotten little no responses or when I finally am getting through all of a sudden the call mysteriously drops and Im back recalling at the main menu no extension numbers and barely to none supervisors able to advise you with your issue its so infuriating. I recommend saving the headache and look for another financial institution to work with. A californian business yea right.

      The company agreed to a payment arrangement but then turned around and marked the account as 30 days late after the agreement ..when you call the company to find out why this happed there are no notes regarding the arrangement so now I am left holding the bag with a blemish on my credit report I have tried to get the company to retract the late payment due to the agreement but you just get the run around I even tried to ask the company for a goodwill accommodation but they won't budge..it's so unfair that they are able to get away with these tactics of being deceitful and untrustworthy and the people that have these predatory loan are the ones who suffer.
