      Hi 3 months ago I was shopping for a vehicle and was qualified for a car loan thru Westlake they were helpful then they sent emails of ************ to choose from until the tax on the cars chosen was quoted for amounts that didnt state why I was going to be charged thousands of dollars and without any explanation why soon as I started asking for a breakdown of total and pointed out that they were trying to charge folks rediculous fees and not saying why thats when I noticed I was not getting any quotes anymore and all the sudden they started declining me after I was approved I have so many emails and documents to back up plus I cant get thru the phone line they have blocked me this is discrimination due to the customer having questions that they didnt agree with so they removed me as a qualified customer on purpose if its not fixed Im going to the ********** channel 3 news station to say my story

      I put a cash payment of $***** down for a 2010 **** Fusion at the **************** Dealership on 03/11/23. I was written a promissory note, to provide the remaining ***** on the vehicle within a month of purchase (in total; the down payment was *****). I pay the car payments through Westlake Financial, a financing company, whom told me that the dealership has placed a hold on my account due to them not being able to confirm my paystubs and employment. My supervisor advised me that she has reached out on numerous occasions confirming my paystubs as well as my employment. Western Financial has confirmed they have all my needed Information, however, ***** at **************** keeps advising that I need to submit more paperwork and proof of employment. Westlake Financial has also put false information in my account due to **************** giving them the wrong employment information. ***** had called me everyday since I purchased the vehicle harassing me about the same information I have already provided, she also has disconnected the line mid-conversation with me, has spoke over me talking in a disrespectful manner, as well as been unprofessional since I purchased my vehicle. I have reached out to the overall manager *************************** on 04/07/23 and have not received any call back. Also, the vehicle has issues; the tire sensor is broken in the tires, I was not provided with a full tank of gas (drove 2hrs to purchase vehicle), the vehicle is hesitant when it runs for over a short period of time, had to get an oil change as well as fill fluids the same week I brought the vehicle, the vehicle leaks fluids underneath the hood. I would like a vehicle exchange, or a refund and return the vehicle. I wish to speak to someone over ***** to advise of her ****************************** I have received. If this is not resolved in a timely manner, I will resort to contacting my attorney and the news media for a resolution.

      I'm having an issue with my car title via ******************** The vehicle was paid off 10/16/2022. I took my certification for the title to my local *** office and they need the ** Sale Tax Registration number. I called your customer ********************** and no one could find my account. Also, I paid the License and Registration fees included in the completed payment for the vehicle registration, so why do I have to pay again at the *** office? I was told by the *** there should be a check sent to me in order to give to the ***. Not sure how that works, however it's not fair to pay TWICE when it was paid along with the final payment (the total amount).

      How am I "at fault" for the ******************* going out of business? Do you not have access to any historical data pertaining to *******************, or do you only have access to accounts that are still paying? And if the ones who are still paying, will their accounts become omitted after paying the total amount? Because that is what seems to have happened in my case.

      If your account was paid prior to the company closing then it would not have been transferred to ** and we are unable to assist you. You would need to go to the *** and provide them with your contract or lease agreement and inquire if they would be able to assist you. We do not have your account information nor any documentation.

      Back in September, I got a call from *********** ******. It was Westlake Financial, asking me about my brothers contact information. I have not spoken to my brother in years. He DID NOT give them my number (as he doesnt have it anyways). I am on the Do not contact list and have submitted a complaint. It is INCREDIBLY invasive for a company to do this.

      2/28/23 I made a payment of ****** to west lake financial for an auto loan on 2012 gmc terrain. Approximately 11 days later I received an email from said financier that payment was never made and I own a late fee. They took my money and now are trying to make me make double payments

We do not show that an email was sent to you regarding a payment not made. We also do not show any late fees being charged and your payment on 02/28/23 posted correctly and timely.

      Westlake financial is by far the worst finance company Ive ever had to deal with. I went through a terrible illness with COVID-19 during the month of November and was out of work for a couple of weeks. I could not make one payment so they repossessed the car for 8 days late on 1 payment. Fine. I explain to them the situation and they say its ok all I have to do is make my payments and my repo fee and tow fee. I explain with the fees being in access of 2,000$ I wouldnt beable to get everything for about a month(was still looking for new job at this point). They said ok we are holding the vehicle and there would be no storage fees. Fast forward 2 months later. I made my monthly payment for December and *******. When I call in December and ask how long do I have to pay my fees off before you sell the car. They tell me there is no date just pay it back so we can get the car back to you. I was a little shocked by this but I believed what the representative told me. I asked the same question in ******* because I hadnt fully been able to pay off these fees just yet but I was making small amounts to bring the amount down. Again in ******* was told I just needed to finish paying these fees and I could come get my car. So in February once I finally got back on my feet I called back and asked what do I need to do to get my car back. He said pay February month payment and the rest of the Fees. So thats just what I did. I gave them 1,832$ in full I owed nothing else. They said ok we are sending a release form over to where it is being held. For 8 days I am calling the company thats holding the vehicle and they continue to say they never receive anything. I called Westlake back 3 times and they insist each day they sent this release form over. Finally I call again on the 8th day Westlake tells me they sold they vehicle and they can no longer help me with this matter. Has no answer to my questions. The reps are liars if I knew the date It would have helped. Complete scammers

      Bought a car from ***** Netfin westlake *****, on 2/10/23 it was a used car wich I know from the beginning but they gave me 30 days warranty, but I came back next day because then tires were squicking and I feel not safe driving it so I talk to sale agent **** and look for a resolve of issue from his management wich the manager's name is Welt and nobody really help they said all its normal wich I know is not I drive many fancy and regular cars and they dont make that noise , they supposedly inspected and they said all good , but is not well I regret giving them business they should not treat customers like this if there a issue they should resolve it not make it complicated. Their customer ******************** is very poor, they advertise you save money with them and they treat you right wich is not true

      The Westlake Financial Services company has not been reporting my account balance correctly and has been changing the amount that I Owe to read higher than it was reported on the financial records I have attached. My initial loan amount was $11,994.58 on the contract dated 7/31/21.

      I have submitted a a dispute for fraudulent practices. I'm charged for this vehicle that the dealership currently can't find the parts to replace since October 10, 2022. Westlake F attempted to collect 4k from me along with my trade in plus charged the new dealership $1900 on a $7999 car to purchase. I only owe$6100 on the vehicle and got a finance approval.I have continued to pay $960 in car notes and $480 in insurance. My car has been almost stolen and burglarized while collecting parking tickets. My credit is taken a toll. Please help!

      I have just been notified that my Social Security Number was used on two occasions at Westlake Financial. I have attempted to contact them to resolve the identity theft. The representative would not transfer me to their fraud department, and said they didn't have one. I would like to get to the bottom of this problem and have any possible loans associated with my SSN to be canceled, but how can I if they don't have a fraud department?
