      On 4/16/24 I purchased two pairs of jeans. It is now June 29 and I still have not received the order I have contacted them on three separate occasions. Occasions they apologized and said the order was lost and now this last time I contacted them they told me to understand they cant refund everyone for something that they carrier did. They said they would contact their mail carrier and 70% of the request are answered. I want my money back.

      Two months after buying an article of jeans the seams are separated. They have been worn maybe 10 times and hand washed once. There is no reasonable explanation for the manufacturer defect.

      I ordered several pairs of ******************* jeans on march 5th in which they took their money of $154.49 out on the same day. I have tried several times to communicate with them. One time I was told they were very busy and all the other times I heard nothing.

      I purchased 4 pair of jeans on Sept 19th, 2023. Total amount $51.36. I never received what was purchased. I have still yet to receive a refund or the product. I have contacted customer service several times and have several emails. (I am unable to save as a doc but I can email them to someone here). I was told twice that the products were delivered. But when I asked for confirmation of delivery address the company just said they would contact the logistics company.       I placed an order on Feb 14 and I haven't received the product yet. I have emailed them several times and at first they would answer me and now nothing. I want my money back.

      On 2/08/2024 I used a link on FB for a **** jeans website offering discounts. I purchased items and the company sent me tracking info. It said it was delivered and it wasn't now the company will not refund me and I need to call my back. This company is fraudulent. They are from ***** and it not legit

      Like pretty much every other complaint here, I placed an order in late November for a pair of jeans. Received a shipping notice and tracking number, then an email saying it was delivered (it wasn't). Got them to ****** at no cost, received another tracking number, again, no delivery. Demanded a refund for the full amount paid ($19.89) mid-January. They came back with "we paid a lot to have the second shipment expedited to you, so we can refund you 60%." I told them that's not my problem, they should use better shipping. So far, they've only refunded me $3.95. I've emailed them at least once a week since then, and no response whatsoever. Definitely a scam. I'm just glad I didn't order more than the one pair of jeans.
