      On August 23, 2023 I order 4 pair of Jeans Size 14 from this company. I sent them an e-mail on the 24th asking how long it took to have the order delivered. I was told approx. 30 days. I keep getting updates and finally it updates said DELIVRED. These has been NO DELIVERY. I e-mailed them again and they said another order of Mdse. would be shipped out and updates were given again. This time the tracking number is no good and ******************** is a FAKE company. There are numerous complaints on the fake tracking company. ( 818TRACK) I found out. I want either the merchandise or the money back. I'm living on a fixed income. I do not know how to attach stuff to this complaint. I have all written e-mails and replies saved in a special folder on my computer but I do not know how to send to you. Sorry.

      I returned a pair of Judy blue jeans for which I paid shipping and handling both ways and I never received my credit. I am seeking $85 for the return of the jeans that I had purchased. They promised the credit would be giving in three weeks. It is now been seven weeks since I returned the jeans. I have sent multiple emails inquiring about my refund and I have been told they are too busy.

      I had purchased a pair of ************* The Tide is High straight leg jeans from one of my favorite online boutiques. I followed the care instructions on the inside tag: they were washed in a cold water gentle cycle with other dark colors; I used a Tide ************* detergent pod then hung them to dry. After they thoroughly dried, I put them on & immediately noticed these random white blotches-especially in the ************* area. These blotches are making these jeans completely unwearable. The boutique reached out to ************* on my ********************** stated that the jeans were miscared for by the customer, so there is nothing that can be done. How is washing the garment per their instructions miscare?! I would like ************* to recognize that there are instances where a garment may not fully retain the dye in garments after wash; not blame the customer for miscare.
