    The quality and beauty of the tanzanite and diamond ring I purchased is absolutely stunning. Initially, I was reluctant to purchase jewellery online. However, I am I glad I did. I've never seen a tanzanite that is a deep blue/purple colour with flashes of red. The ring arrived quickly. Angara is top-notch and creates high quality items. I am now a customer for life.

    I purchased earrings and a beautiful London Blue Topaz ring and the products I received are exactly as described in the website and came in a beautiful box. The customer service was excellent, *********************** helped me with an order cancellation and all was processed in a timely and effective manner. I would definitely recommend this store.

    I really think they hide negative reviews and spam fake positive ones! Their jewelry is really pretty and I initially loved my ring. Unfortunately *** had a terrible experience with quality. Since day one, the small stones along the band have been falling out constantly. Ive had to send my ring back many times to repair it for the same issue - paying each time despite their warranty. Definitely dont expect to ever use the warranty, they try to blame the problems on you to avoid ever paying to fix it themselves. Ive been nothing but careful with my ring and there is no reason for stones to be continuously falling out (besides cheap workmanship and poor design). I have plenty of jewelry from other brands with stones along the band that have never once fallen out over years and years. **************** was really rude as well. ***** disappointed and never buying from this company again, making sure my loved ones dont either. Dont believe the good reviews!

    Hello ******,We have reviewed the long history of your ring purchased November 2018. We all wear our rings differently. Fine jewelry needs to be worn with TLC. The first time you sent the ring back although, it was past the return time,we replaced the diamond free of charge as a courtesy. Since then you have repeatedly notified us of small diamonds on the ring shank coming out. You also said the metal bent. You have 14K gold. It will not bend unless it is a result of impact or repeated heavy use. Please take the time to read our warranty. We don't want to surprise our customers so we put all the warranty information on the website. NO WHERE does it say that we replace gemstones free of charge. This is the link for the warranty. **************************************************** For a small courtesy price we actually re-made your ring and sent you a brand new ring. If you are having consistent problems we suggest that you analyze how, when and where you are wearing your ring.As a last one time last courtesy gesture we will repair the ring free of charge. However, you will need to email us that you agree that we will no longer be servicing your ring and you accept the terms.We wanted you to be happy with your ring and wear it with smiles . We stand behind our quality and warranty.

    I hear you, the thing is I genuinely treat my ring with TLC and only wear it for light day to day activities. Like Ive told you many times, I have analyzed how/when/where I wear my ring and I work a desk job and never ever wear my ring to the gym or anything strenuous. The ring is either a faulty design or cheaply made - because I agree, 14k gold should not be bending nor should stones be popping out of the band constantly. Again, none of my friends or family who bought from other companies have had the problems Ive had. This clearly is not my fault when it happened immediately after the ring was given to me and has happened non-stop since then.

    Do not use this website. The shipping and logistics department are subpar and inefficient. They don't communicate effectively with customer service who seems nice but keeps giving you generic responses as to where you product is and when it will be sent. Spoke to multiple customer service agents although they were polite they all gave me entirely different explanations as to what was going on with my product. Paid for express shipping which is completely useless. They had no intention in adhering to there website posted ETA. Save yourself the headache and go to an actual local jeweler. Would never order from them again and would never recommend them to anyone. I've had better experiences ordering from a underwear website then spending over a grand on jewelry from this website. The worst online purchasing experience I've ever had.

    I can truly feel your frustration and wish we could erase it. Our goal was to make you happy , unfortunately that did not happen.
    There are times things ship or deliver late due to a couple reasons. All of our jewelry is handmade. If when it goes through quality control the master jeweler is not pleased with any little thing, he will send it back to be corrected. I do not know if that happened with your ring but we reserve the right to strive for perfection. The next issue is that we have no control over UPS or FedEx. Once we give them the package, they are the boss of the box. I am so sorry that you felt you were getting a run around. That must feel awful.
    We have refunded the $15. you paid for expedited shipping. Please accept our apology.
