I purchased a sapphire engagement ring from Angara and we are so pleased with the company!!! I had to return the ring because I wanted the stone lighter than it was and the customer service was top notch!!! They emailed me almost everyday to resolve my issue and to keep me updated on the process. I bought a ring from Angara several years ago. I lost a small diamond in the ring and called just to see how I could get that replaced. I didnt have my order number because of the time elapsed, so was only able to provide basic information on the order. I called in and talked with Ankit, and he did an amazing job. He even had to look my order up in the archive files because of how long it had been. Their customer service, follow up, and willingness to assist in the process was second to none. Ive dealt with a lot of customer service situations in my life, and this has to be one of the best experiences I have ever had. Ankit walked me through the process, and the company stood by all their guarantees, even after such a long elapsed period of time. I dont think Id look anywhere else for future jewelry purchases, and even requested information on other jewelry products. I cant recommend Angara enough. I purchased sapphire stud earrings for my wife as a gift, she ended up not liking the size I purchased as they did not fit right on her ears. The quality of the jewelry was excellent, along with the packaging and customer service from start to finish. ******************** customer service processed a refund quickly and was true to the satisfaction guarantee promise made on the web site. While I did not end up purchasing any products, your company's honesty and attention to the customer is a rare find these days.
