My husband and I have purchased several beautiful pieces of jewelry from Angara to celebrate our special occasions. Angaras customer service is always excellent, and ******* and *******, with whom we have worked closely, are the kindest people and always respond to my emails and phone calls promptly. We just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary last month and wanted to get an anniversary ring and a new diamond engagement ring to celebrate our marriage. ******* and I communicated extensively over the course of several weeks, and she made sure that we were purchasing the rings that we truly wanted. She was especially serious because the engagement ring was a custom-ordered ring and could not be returned. Words cannot describe how beautiful these rings are! I look forward to wearing them for the next 25 years and beyond. I appreciated every email, every phone call, and every advice ******* gave me during this process. We are so extremely grateful.

A couple of weeks ago I bought - what I thought - was the most beautiful engagement ring I saw anywhere for the woman who was going to be with me for the remainder of my life. ******* was the sales manager's name, and she helped me (I am a disabled veteran with both physical and brain injuries) purchase something that I couldn't believe when I got it was even prettier and more astounding than anything I'd ever seen before. I just couldn't have been any more excited to present such a breath-taking item to who I thought was the woman of my dreams. Angara did their part flawlessly, but to my disbelief the woman ended up making my life come to a screeching halt. Almost immediately she left it and me behind forever. Words cannot express how totally demolished I felt, and how embarrassed and fearful I was to see if Angara would take it back after such a short time and enable me to return it for a refund. Angara was just as understanding during my time of trouble as they were at the start of my journey with them, and they allowed me to return it for a refund. Angara is a FIRST-CLASS company with THE BEST policies, understanding, and employees I could have imagined. Their products and staff are of the highest quality a potential customer could ever imagine working with. I have no words to say just how beautiful this necklace is. I got the infinity diamond two Stone necklace. It was more than I even imagined it would be. The packaging was exquisite and it was so sparkly. I will never buy anything from anyone else except for angera. They have the best quality jewelry.

Good afternoon,I'm only giving one star, because it will not allow me to choose none, and move forward with my review. Approximately 2 years ago, we purchased my Wedding ring from this company, and shortly after one of the stones fell out. The company had no empathy, and didn't once apologize for their defective product, and stated I had to pay for the repair. I finally had it repaired about a month ago, and had the same stone fell out last week. I called and spoke with a gentleman named *****, again, no empathy nothing! He stated to take a picture of the ring, and send it to their email, a jewelry would look at it and call me about the ring. I asked for the Managers number, to make sure they knew that it was just fixed. I had the not a pleasure, pleasure of speaking with her, and basically, she stated, too bad. We don't cover that; it's a delicate ring and you should wear it. WHAT???? The cost of the ring, plus over $350.00 for the repair, and she stated that most people get personal insurance for jewelry. This is whimsical purchase, this is my wedding ring and means everything to me, and the fact that they tell you, you shouldn't wear it, and too bad the stone fell out TWICE!!! Defective merchandise, and such poor customer service. HH

I was looking for a special ring for my wife for our 40th wedding anniversary. ****** worked with me and answered all of my questions. Im a very tactile person and was nervous about purchasing something like this on-line without being able to hold it and look at it, but I really couldnt be happier. I had a great experience here. The volume and variety of jewelry on the website is really impressive. I found the ring I wanted, but there was an issue with the add to cart button. I chatted with a customer service rep named ********, who was very polite and helpful, and they got the issue fixed within a few hours. My ring arrived a week later in a perfumed box.
