    I had a great experience working with Dazzling Rock. I decided to exchange the initial ring I ordered, and I was easily able to exchange for a new ring. It took about two weeks from the time of order to receive the ring. I will order from this company again.

    I'm thoroughly thankful of Dazzling Rock. My local **** distribution center is having issues and temporarily lost my order. Dazzling Rock stepped in and and started their own investigation and also assured me that they were working on a replacement in case I don't receive my order by my wedding date. I just received my ring and it is perfect. I would definitely order with them again.

    Excellent customer service. Quality **********************. Definitely would buy again from this company. I had an issue with sizing on my original purchase however they quickly remedied the situation in a very timely and professional manner.     I was a little worried about ordering through a company that wasn't super well-known, but I am extremely impressed with Dazzling Rock. I talked to a customer service worker, *****, a couple times on the phone with some ************************* requests, & he was very helpful through the entire process of buying ******* fiance's wedding rings. I was able to use a custom font that was not available on the site, & not only did Dazzling Rock send me in-progress photos to make sure everything looked right, but they also offered to work with me when there was a mistake. I didn't catch it, but there was a slight misspelling when I translated the inscription text into another language, & when I did notice, Dazzling Rock offered to redo the inscription at no extra cost & also let me know about the risks involved with altering the ring back to re-engrave it. Once the rings came in, I was very happy with the quality. Neither me nor my fiance has worn our rings for more than a few minutes since we're waiting until the wedding, but for the couple hours we did have them on, we both were happy with the ********************* of how they fit. If we have any issues once we do start actually wearing our rings, I'll update my review here. But as of now, I'm very happy.

    These people are amazing! I ordered a bracelet through them via Amazon. The picture showed a lobster claw clasp. I am a big woman and have difficulty finding bracelets big enough, so I thought this was perfect because I could just get an extender for it. I was very disappointed when I received it and it had a box clasp on it, for which you cannot find extenders. After several emails and a couple of misunderstandings, I sent the bracelet back, (they emailed me a shipping label) and they custom added some chain links to make it big enough for free and sent me a picture next to a ruler before they shipped it back. It is now perfect! I love it! I highly recommend this company for any jewelry needs!
