      At first your product was the best on the market. Now I think it's the worst. The pods are almost 60$ and now I am STUCK with this, and it tastes like total something else besides pot, and very harsh. I am letting you know because I am sooo disappointed. I am not rich and really need my pen, to get through my day, so I buy constantly.

      This business defrauded me and did not provide the products as requested. I attempted to work with the business to come to a resolution, however, they are unwilling. Businesses as shady as Stiiizy should not be allowed to provide services to consumers when they blatantly lie, cheat and manipulate the public with their products.

However, we want to emphasize that we are a manufacturer and supplier of cannabis products and do not have direct control over the policies and operations of individual dispensaries or delivery services that carry our products.       I am rejecting this response because: I will not be the thrown back and forth between the retailer and the manufacturer. Stiiizy is the Brand and I am making a complaint against the Brand, not the Retailer. Take ownership and responsibility for your shortcomings.

      I have been purchasing the 1gram pods for years. They continue to leak and although I have returned multiple for replacement to the place I am buying them, its an issue as their other pods (including disposables) arent any better. The flower dries out fast even in proper storage. When i consider that at almost $60 each its a huge cost and effort to deal with disappointment constantly.

      I purchased Liiil Stiiizy that is defective. I contacted the company did that website support on February 23, 2023 and explained my issue. Also sent required information as requested (capsule of my receipt, picture of the product and the packaging close parentheses. I did not receive a response, so March 3, 2023 I reached out to the company again and received a response stating they apologize for not responding to my initial message I sent on February 23, and they ask me to explain my issue again. I sent an email to the Support (again) stating my issue was sent them the same information I requested initially (a copy of my receipt, picture of the product and the packaging). I also reached out to them by email again today (March 7, 20/23) stating I would get a third-party involved with the lack of communication. Today, I have not received a response from Stiiizy as to how they plan on resolving or addressing my issue.

      To whom it may concern, I was able to purchase a disposable pen from the ************** stiiizy location. Upon trying the disposable it worked but hours later the disposable became defective. As I called, the receptionist says I would need the same packing in order to receive a exchange for the product. This makes no sense, I explain that I have the receipt which is proof I bought the product and the system when sliding my ID shows I was there recently through my purchase history. They also remember me and still didnt exchange the object for me and I resulted in buying another disposable. I felt used and manipulated just wanted to have a couple days of fun and was manipulated for it. I would like to receive my money back or another disposable stiiizy sense I purchased the item. Pleas accommodate me and help stiiizy understand that they are nothing without customers.

I made a purchase on stiizypodshop.com, an operator contacted me with wattsapp telling me that it was possible to ship to ***** .. from 1 February a continuous request for money for courier gosshippexpress can you tell me if they are victims of a scam or not?

      My order wasn't place but i was still charged! I never got a tracking number or anything just a email saying i didn't complete the order and then a charge on my account.

      This complaint is about false advertising, I was sent an email about a promotion for this product. I spent the required amount of money for the promotion, then was told that the manufacturer (Stiiizy) never sent the promotional products and that I need to reach out to them directly. I have conversed with them for 3 months, and they have chosen to ignore me rather than make it right.

      On 08/1/22, I purchased a battery for ****** (order #XXXXXX). The product arrived, and it was defective out of the box. I reached out to their customer service via email for written documentation with no response. I sent a 2nd request, and I was told I would be emailed a return packing slip to send the product back. I never received this, and I have reached out to the company a total of 4 times without any response. This company does not stand behind their product. Their customer service is terrible. Consumers should be aware of this when conducting business with this company.
