      I had ordered a battery on the site July 6 and was sent a tracking number right after stating, usps received pre info and no package yet. I then waited a few days cause there was no update on tracking status. Sent an email and got a automated message that I'd be contacted soon. Waited and never got an answer, I then sent another email with the same response. I started looking for phone numbers and got a few from sales reps with no results. I still have had no change to my situation. Ended up buying a battery at a shop that came out cheaper than the one I ordered. Still want my purple battery though. Products are great when you can acquire them but customer service is non existent. Order #******

      On June 25th, 2022 I purchased 5 batteries from STIIZY***** On June 27th, 2022 I received an email update stating that some of my items are being shipped. This email did not have a tracking number for the shipment. After not receiving an update I emailed ****************** and received an reply with a excerpt from their shipping faq. On July 2nd, 2022 I received another email stating that the last items are on their way. This time I received the below tracking linking, *********************************************************************************************** On that same day I later received an email that stated my package was delivered. This was true as I did receive my package that day but it only contained 3 out of the 5 batteries I ordered. I waited a 1 week to receive the 2nd package since my tracking app stated that it was a partial deliver. After not receiving anything in the mail, I emailed ******************. This time I didn't receive a response. I have since emailed them an additional 3 more times but receive no form of communication.

      Ordered OFFICIAL STIIIZY BIIIG BATTERY 5/3/22. It is 5/12/22 and there is no indication of the product shipping. Their website claims orders will ship out in 2-3 business days. Contacted STIIIZY support (******************** multiple times with no response. I have seen many other complaints regarding poor shipping practices.

      I ordered a battery online directly from the Stiiizy website . It never came. I never got it. The package was lost by usps. I emailed customer support for several weeks with no response. I even got a reply saying someone would get back to me the first time within 48 hours never heard a thing.. I called another number I was given by a store rep and no one answers it goes to voicemail. I have left several voicemails no call back. Today I called the store and begged for someone to please help! I know I didn't order from the store I was fed up at the point and thought it can't hurt to ask if they can do anything.. I was told someone would call back nothing . I placed my order April 1st it is April 22 I've been attempting this whole time. I mean this is unacceptable. I won't support Stiiizy anymore and it's sad because I've been using them for over a year now.

      I purchased several items from the website of the business and was given the absolute wrong sizes on each item. I sent the items back as instructed, didn't hear anything for a few weeks after making several attempts to contact them about a refund. Finally they got back to me saying they will send replacement items which is not what i asked for, again went through the refund process of sending the items back for a second time and still have not heard back although the items have reached the facility weeks ago. Overall, this has been doing on for about 5 months now and I still have not heard a word. For the amount i spent, i expected better service so i would still like my full refund with your help.
