    Farfetch is a scam site. I ordered a pair of boots that I took out of the box once and couldn't even get onto my feet because they were too small. I returned them the same day I got them. I emailed many times because I didn't get a refund after several weeks. They finally replied and said they are negotiating with their partners. They just now replied and say refuse to give me a refund claiming there was damage to the shoes and sent pictures of some other shoes. I never even got them on my feet so not sure how there could be damage to the shoes. Now I see it is a total scam since apparently has happened to many more people. I will never use their site again. Scammers.

    I ordered some shoes off their website. They were never delivered. FARFETCH REFUSED TO submit a claim and told me it's my loss. I contacted ***** they said the company refused to submit a claim as well. I'm literally fighting to get my $820 back. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM! I promise you will regret it!

    I ordered a pair of shoes from Farfetch and waited some time. I never received the shoes. Because I paid with Klarna of course my payment arrangement is due. I contacted ****** and Farfetch. Farfetch supplied me with a ***** label with shows the shoes are delivered to my house signed for my someone other than me. I work from home and live alone. So that's weird. They are like sorry, we can't refund you. I wouldn't shop with Farfetch. Or you'll be paying for shoes you didn't receive.
