    No communication to emails .. how can you not have a phone never got my order it was paid for !

    I have not received the dress I ordered. I have not received any shipping confirmation, a reason for delay, or any other correspondence since they received my payment. I have tried contacting them twice with no response.

    Our daughter purchased a dress from this company six weeks ago. She received an email confirmation but then accidentally deleted it. We have no way to track our purchase. I attempted to call different phone numbers attached to this company but all were deadlines. I then emailed the company two weeks ago and got a generic response that they would get back to me within 48 hours which they did not. I sent another email last week that they just responded to stating they would get back to me in 72 hours. We have confirmation that they charged our credit card showing that we purchased the dress. This company does not have a phone number to be able to call anyone and they do not return the emails with any resolution to questions. We have no idea when the stress will show up and we're concerned this place is a scam. Can you please help us?

    I ordered my daughter a dress for homecoming on 9/12/2022. I paid $75.00 ******** . Expected arrival date was 9/24 thru 10/6, with 2 day shipping. So it would have to leave *************** on 10-4 to arrive ***** on 10-6. The package did not ship. I have sent numerous emails with just auto responses. They have no real phone number. I want my money back on my card, NOT in store credit. I will never buy from them again

    I have ordered a dress from Lucy in the Sky and it once again is not going to arrive in time. Last year I ordered a dress that was supposed to take a couple of weeks to arrive, and ended up taking 2 months. I am extremely disappointed as this was supposed to be my homecoming dress and they have failed me for the second time. I just want my dress which was supposed to arrive by October 5th, but it hasn't even shipped yet (today is October 4th).

    I ordered 3 dresses from Lucy In the Sky on August 29th, 2022. All shipped seperately. 2 of the 3 dresses arrived in a timely manner. The 3rd has still not arrived. I've sent 3 seperate emails requesting information/refund for the lost dress (confirmed lost by ***** customer service) and I have received one auto response from Lucy In the Sky that they will respond in 48 hours. That was on September 22. There is no live chat option despite the website saying there is and no customer service phone number to call.

    Consumer Response /* (2000, 9, 2022/10/28) */ 2 months later and multiple emails back and forth, I have finally received my refund from Lucy In the Sky. I do not believe that without this complaint to the ***, I would have ever received any kind of response from them. Due to poor customer service and receiving very little interaction with the customer service email chain, I won't be ordering from them ever again. It is not worth the risk.

    I ordered three dresses order #s********************** ..dresses were to be worn to an event on 10/7 by me and my daughters. When I ordered the delivery date was estimated to be 10/2. Dresses have not arrived and my email now says dressed will be delivered by 10/13. that is too late and we no longer need dresses. I emailed the company and received no response. No phone number available. chat is down. I have to assume this company is a scam-- no product has arrived. no form of contact, yet my money has been taken.

    My daughter ordered a dress for Homecoming that did not work for her. She did not create an account or received an order # so I emailed Lucy in the Sky on Monday, September 26th and provided a picture of the shipping label asking them how I could get a label to return the dress to them. No response and their website states replies within 48 business hours. I followed up on Wednesday, September 28th and did not receive a reply. I sent a final follow up on Friday, September 30th stating I would file a complaint if I did not hear back from them by end of day. there is no phone number I could find anywhere or else I would have reached out by phone. They have a 14 day return policy and I would like to see my daughter get her $60+back

    On sept 1st I ordered a homecoming dress that says it would arrive no later than sept 28th. I tried calling and the phone is no good, I've sent several emails trying to find out about it and heard nothing. Order number was ******* I had a credit from a previous dress I returned so I used it on this. It came to 64.15 with tax and I still have a 10.00 credit which stinks because I will never order again from this company. Last time I ordered from there it was great. Not sure what happened but now we are out a dress and money and now I have to go buy another one. Not happy at all.

    I placed an order for a dress on August 30th, 2022. The delivery time frame was September 14th to the 24th. On September 22nd, I emailed the company asking for an update as I hadn't received shipping information. As of today, October 2nd I have not heard from the company about shipping or an order update and have not recieved my order. I would just like the dress I ordered and paid for.
