    Lucy in the Sky**** is an online clothing store that caters to high school girls buying dresses for events. I ordered a dress back in August and never received the dress. I have contacted them 2x via email. (they conveniently do not have a phone number where we can call to speak to an actual person). I have asked to cancel my order and a refund to my card I used to purchase. The confirmation email we received for the dress clearly stated a delivery date of 9/14-/9/22. It is now 10/1 and no dress, no response from this company. I want this complaint filed against them and I want to recover the full cost of the dress I purchased yet never received.

Ive reached out several times and while their "auto-reply" email states a refund will be processed in 7-10 business days, its been a month and I have received nothing. I'm not even sure this company has real people working at it. There is no phone number to call - this online store was a total scam and rip off. They should be closed down!

    Ordered a gown the first week of September with delivery between 9/17/22-9/29/22. Today is 9/30/22 and no dress. I have emailed a dozen times with no responses whatsoever even though their automatic reply says that they will respond within 48 hours. There is no phone number to call and the "live chat" does not seem to exist. We are running out of time and need this dress delivered. #*******

    We ordered a ********** dress on 9/5/2022 and it is now 9/30/2022 and we still have no dress, and the shipping ********************************* i've emailed the company multiple times asking for a full refund but have yet to hear from anyone. ************** devastated as we had to go find a back up dress this week just in case it didn't show, but hoping it would. I want A FULL REFUND to my account. My order #******* for $53.65. I'm only glad we didn't order 3 dresses ************************. We will never be ordering from this website again.

    I placed an order on 9/6 for about $65. It said my delivery would be between 9/20 and 9/30. I realized that I had not received any updates regarding my order, so I emailed on 9/25 attempting to ask about it. I have not received any sort of response, and their website and social medias promise a response within 24-48 hours. Today is 9/29 and my order has not been shipped, I have received zero updates, and cannot get a response from this business. ORDER ID: *******

    Placed an order online, decided shipping time was cutting it too close to event and decided to cancel. I tried calling during their "business hours," no answer. Tried to chat, automated response. Sent message via ********, automated response. Posted on ******** looking for direction, no response and then BLOCKED. I finally received an email response on 09/27/2022 re: my cancelation request - my original email was sent on 09/22/2022. Now it's 2 weeks to cancel???? Why?? This is not customer service. They make it look like they have customer service available, but it is non-existant. I wouldn't be surprised if this place is nothing more than a store front with operations outside of the US.

    I ordered 6 dresses from Lucy In The Sky on 8/28/22 to be delivered between 9//9/22-9/20/22. I received 2 of the 6 dresses by 9/20/22 & returned immediately unopened on 9/22/22 & they were received at their location on 9/24/22. I am asking for a store credit for those 2 dresses as stated in their return policy. The other 4 dresses have not shipped & I'm asking for a refund for those as the event has already occurred & they are no longer needed. As stated in their return policy they will refund for items not shipped. The company has not responded to any email correspondence in regards to this request & has not reimbursed or credited me. I'm asking for a refund in the form of my original payment for the 4 dresses not shipped & store/account credit for the other 2 dresses as per their policy.

    I ordered a dress from Lucy in the sky on September 7, 2022. When it came in I decided to return it since I didn't enjoy the material. I chose a full refund as my option and shipped the item in a couple days later and I still haven't received my refund to this day. I emailed countless times and no response!

    I ordered a dress **************************** on September 12th with promised delivery September 27-October 7. ********** is October 8th. It hasn't shipped so I contacted the company. They are now saying that they are making the dress and it will be here around October 14th. Offered a $25 credit to accept this date or to pick another dress that is "guaranteed to ship." WHICH HER'S WAS. They only want to give a store credit instead of a refund. She is a senior in high school. This company is disappointing and ******************************* of their practices.

    I ordered a dress *************** from LUCY IN THE SKY on August 30. The email confirmation stated an estimated arrival of September 14-24th. I have never received a tracking number. I have emailed the company 4 times in the last 8 days. I have not received a response to my emails asking when the dress will be shipped. On there website it states there is a live chat during business hours. I have never been able to find a "Live Chat" I have not received any information on when the dress will be shipped or if there is a problem with the order. On there website there is no phone number listed. Any help you camp give me would be appreciated. I have not been able to locate a phone number for the company.

I noted you contacted the company today. Also Today I received a email with a tracking number waiting to see if the dress arrives. Thank you for your help. ************* Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/10/10) */ Hello. The dress finally arrived on Oct 8. The major problem I have with the company is poor communication. The company will not supply a phone number for customer service. Emails take fir ever to be responded to. If there is a delay in shipping the company does not inform you about the delay.
