We do see that you already spoke with customer service regarding your subscription, and they did cancel it so there will be no future charges or shipments. Additionally, we do show that a full refund for the order on April 18th, 2025 was issued.

    I was unknowingly charged a subscription fee from Scoreblue. I had made a purchase but never knew a subscription was attached to the purchase. I want to cancel this subscription but there is nowhere on the website that gives that option

    I only ordered one purchase and you took another and i want my money back and close the account which i didn't want

    I want to cancel my subscription now and cannot get through to anyone. I was unaware it was reoccurring AND I didn't even get the product they said they were shipping. This is false advertisement. Please help me cancel my subscription that I wasn't even aware of.

    They have charged my account ***** and I didn't sign up for any subscription and didn't order anything to have this amount taken from my account ***** which now is going to cause me fee's because I won't have enough money to cover other obligations. I need the money put back in my account **** thank you

    was sent on Feb 28th a second order of their product which i did nit order and the order was rejected at the port office on March 13. I paid for the initial product buy want no renewals and no further charges

    Same issue as all others I read. I was not aware I was ordering an ongoing prescription. There is not a simple straightforward method of cancellation on the Score Blue web site. I sent an e-mail to the given address as a last option an expect that I will not be charged again. Poor business model.

    I ordered this product early last year. When I cancelled it, I had a hard time and for since reason they continued pulling money out my account. So much so, to the point I had to shut my card down and order a new one. I haven't dealt with them since, yet here it is, January, 2025 and SOMEHOW this company FOUND my NEW Card and charged IT! THIS IS CRAZY. Am I gonna have to shut my entire account down?

Additionally, you are also able to log into your ScoreBlue Portal to uncheck the subscription tab to cancel yourself.  However, we have gone ahead and canceled the subscription for you, and you have not been billed - there are no transactions for 2025. Again, we are sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.

    I placed order with score blue in January of 2024 under an ad placed by them advertising no subscription to order. The company has since been charging me every 2-3 months recurring against my wishes. I would like this subscription cancelled immediately and my card/bank account info taken off their records. This company engages in false advertising and predatory business practices and is unethical. Any further billing will result in litigation. They offer no cancellation option on their website and they do not answer customer phone calls.

    My problem is for 3 months I have tried to contact Score Blue with no success to cancel my ****************** ***** I was charged again ***** for its product on my bank card. I cannot cancel this on their web site. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP
