      I ordered a sweater from Shein for a Christmas gift. It did not fit, so I needed to return it to Shein, They said I would get free shipping for the 1st return, but did not give me any information on how to return the item. I have tried to contact them in regards to this problem. Thought they would at least send me a call tag so I could return the sweater. I will not be doing business with this company again. It has been too much of a hassle to get any response to my problem. They also said I have been refunded, but have not seen any transactions, on my credit card. Also gave me so called refund for wrong sweater. Anything you can do to resolve this matter, would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!Product_Or_Service: Purchase of Sweater
