      I purchased several items with Shein and I have yet to received my refund. They stole my money and got their items back.My second order was purchased on May 28, 2021 for a total of $89.49. I returned four items totally $20.79. The first order was purchased on May 17, 2021 for a total of $100.73 and I returned two items totally $28.61. I returned both packages on the same day and I have yet to receive my fund. No one should have to wait this long for a refund from any company. I am asking for an investigation when I am going to receive my refund.

      I've noticed when I place orders online at www.shein.com that I am being charged incorrect taxes. Taxes in ** is based on County Not City. I reside in Gwinnett County not Dekalb County. The taxes are 6% for Gwinnett County Not 8% like they are in DeKallb. Please make the correction on my account for address ********************************************************************************

      I had placed an order from a company in ***** back on Aug 26,2021. There App says that it arrived in ****** on Sept 5,2021. I did not know who had my package as I usually get an email from DHL when it arrives in ******. I final discovered that UNI has my parcel and there has been no updates so I emailed on Sept 14,2021 and was told that they will deliver it once they receive it from customs. I understand that, but I have already received an order that I placed a couple of days later to the same company(DHL is handling).       My shipment arrived at their warehouse in ******** ** on August 18th. I waited a week and it still wasn't delivered. I called the ***************** the lady confirmed it was there and that they only deliver a few days a week but I'd get it next Wednesday. She then said it was lost. Then said it was in customs. I was told to contact the *** location - no one called me back. Two weeks ago I received confirmation my package is in ******** at their warehouse and it still hasn't been delivered. I called four days ago and left a voicemail requesting a callback. Never received. Spoke to a lady yesterday who said she'd call me back after speaking to her manager because she doesn't know where it is. No call back. They've lost my package and will not tell me. It's been sitting in ******** for over a month and I have tracking confirmations from both them and the company I purchased from. I want my package!

      Ordered 19 items. I received someone else's order. I contacted Shein and asked for them to ship out my correct order. They stated they would not until they received the items they sent me, that were wrong. I asked for a refund. They stated they would not refund me until they recieved the items, that they sent me incorrectly. I did explain I would ship the incorrect items back, but I would like my order shipped. They said they would not until they recieved the items they sent me on accident.

On July 28, 2021, I attempted to return 1 item from the order, but the website search could not find my order and there was no phone number or chat feature for customer service. I found phone number ************** posted on the www.shein.com website for recall notices. When I called it, it was only a voicemail; without an announcement.

      I purchased a 2 items for sheins, the first item was too big I kept emailing them no answer no response, I send the email asking for return label no response, only kind of response you get is the item was delivered, yes the item was delivered but I do not need it because I cannot wear it it's too big so I was trying to get my money back or exchange I can't even exchange because won't nobody , so I had to go and order another one because I get married this weekend August the 6th 2021 and I don't have my gown my lingerie to wear because nobody will respond to my emails they don't have a phone number to call them I really need help if you try to contact them they have no contact number my bank trying to contact them no response so yes I'm filing a complaint I have an order number GSHMJAOOOOOOFNS

      My **** DEBIT card ending in ******** was stolen and used to purchase goods from SHEIN in the amount of $194.77. I reported the fraud to my bank and was told the transaction was still pending and if fraudulent it would be returned to my account once it clears pending. I contacted SHEIN customer service informing them I am not a customer and that my debit card was used fraudulently on their website. They attempted to phish my personal information asking for my drivers license and pictures of my debit card (which is stolen and not in my possession) keep in my mind I have no obligation to provide that information as I am not a customer of ********************** AND I just had my debit card stolen. Why would I give anybody my personal detailed information at this point'?? I refused and gave them the date and amount of the transaction and the last 4 digits of my card. They informed me the transaction was cancelled yet my money was never received back to my account. Currently awaiting bank dispute results.

I don't want financial compensation I just want them to take my shirt off of their site. I have proof that I created the design and they are trying to rip me off because I am a small business and they are a huge corporation.       Ive made an order Since August 16.I was told by an app notification that there was a delay with the plane and it would be shipped by August 30 .August 30 came and nothing .They keep sending Canada post tracking number telling me to contact them when the package hasnt even left ***** so tracking number doesnt work .I want my money back and they are telling me I cant get it back ***************** ***** .You cant even speak to a real personI spent almost $500 and cant even speak to someone
