      Shein took my money and sent me another customer's tracking number..They never even tried to contact *** Ex like i did to verify.Obviously a scam...Never again..True thieves

      My package was misdelivered by *****. Shein refused to file a claim. I had to file a claim.Shein refused to give me a refund or resend the package. Even though ***** issued a refund to Shein. I paid for something that I have not received. SHEIN got a refund from ***** and have not resent my package or issued me a refund

      I received 1 out of 8 orders 1 is still supposed on the way 3 small ones refunded. The rest I was supposed to check with neighbors because they were delivered and there's nothing they can do. I ordered from their guaranteed sellers and when I talked to the delivery services used not one of them was addressed to me much less my address. They are using tracking numbers for packages they are not even responsible for sending. So I had to do their job and locate the packages. Thank God for ****** tracking it will give you the location of the package from where you are as well as show from where it was shipped to where it was delivered. I gave them where it was shipped to where they delivered and they then suspended my account without compensation by refund or package replacement. In my opinion they are very aware and are part of the problem

      Not that you need to see another bad review.. but here it is. YES.. they sell decent clothing at excellent prices.. but if you never get them.. what is the point. I paid extra for 3-7 day shipping on a $50 order of 4 items for my daughter. That was on March 11th. She wanted them for a trip one March 22nd. It is now APRIL 20th.. and they are still in shipping. When you track it (shipped via *** ex) they say it is in *********. And Customs may play a role here, but it has been in ********* for almost 2 weeks now. They did offer 500 "points" as a sorry for the delay. If your willing to put up with some let downs for saving some money (or our case.. giving away your money) It might be worth a try. Just Buyer beware.

      I never received my order. I believe it was given to delivery company and they never delivered it SHEIN would not look into it to solve the issue the company my items was giving to was gofo express they are terrible. They just took my money

      I purchased some seat covers for my car from SHEIN. At the time they were to be delivered I was in ********* sending my god daughter off to prom. When I made it home to collect my items they were not there. I was instructed to reach out to my neighbors and my manager, which I did and no one has my package. I contacted SHEIN again and they said contact the courier. I did and they told me to contact the shipper. I sent proof that the door where the item was left was not my door and no apartment number was shown in the picture as well. SHEIN and ***** both told me that they could not help with replacing my item or sending me a refund. I think this is very unfair after I have already paid over $100 for my item.

      Bought some items and I was told by the app after check out that I received a $300 coupon after spinning the wheel on the app, like a little mini game they added. The next day, it had CUPONS totaling $300, but I couldn't use them all at once. The biggest one I had was $100 off a purchase of $299 or more, which is not what the promo stated, it said that I would receive a coupon FOR $300. I am currently fighting with SHEIN over this because they want to see screen shots of the promo rules and the promo is over. How can you ask customers for screen shots of your own promo? Absolutely a scam and fraud.

      I ordered several items one being a mom cozy baby scale, the package said they tried to deliver it in ******** and not even my state! My address was correct, they told me to contact the local courier but that was unsuccessful, they refunded the scale after THREE WEEKS of them asking me to wait for it, and the other packages said delivered BUT I NEVER FOT ANY OF THEM, so I contacted them confirmed my address was correct, they said it was delivered but I never for anything not a single package I ordered was delivered and they are refusing to refund me anything I spent like 60-70$ and they stole my money wasted my time and didnt deliver my stuff.
