    Huge waste of time. I've never used so much time or effort trying to buy something, only to have the transaction cancelled by them after getting a bunch of extra information to verify my account. I don't know if it's their software, their vendors, or if they are just phishing for your information. They offer great discounts for new members and you think your all set with your order. Then, if it's a really big discount, they send you an email to ask you to verify more information for "security reasons". Even if you give them everything they ask for, they say that you didn't give them the correct information. They don't clarify what was wrong with the information you provided. They just repeat with the same request until they eventually cancel your order. They want way more information than they should need and even if you give it to them they say its not enough and cancel your order. I'd rather pay more on a dependable website than to waste any more time on Shein.

    shopping with Shein for many years, but for last 3-4 month its discussing service. Only that stupid computer will communicates with you, drives you crazy!! No live chat anymore!!!!! Unpassable to return items, no regular return labels, just mess.

    Yesfiling a Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint is a legit next step, and its one of the few ways to get a companys attention when their customer service is useless. ********************** does have a BBB profile, and many people have successfully gotten resolutions after filing there because:Its ********* affects their ************* sometimes triggers escalation to someone with actual authority.Heres what to do:?? Step 1: Go here to file Summary of Issue:I ordered a kit of 6 rose mirrors from Shein. I only received 2 of the 6 items. Ive contacted customer support over 15 times, and each time I get an automated or unhelpful reply stating theres nothing they can do. This is not truethere is clear proof the order was incomplete, and no resolution has been offered.What Im requesting:I am asking Shein to ship the 4 missing mirrors to me even though at this point they probably won't arrive for my bday party favors at this point. The dollar amount is small, but the principle matters. Im disappointed in the lack of accountability and refusal to resolve a basic fulfillment error.

    I ordered about $80.00 worth of items from Shein. They usually send me a confirmation email showing all of my items. This time the email only showed some of my items. I have no idea if I am going to receive all of my items. Also, there are delays in shipping, I may not get my summer items until after summer. Anyway I have no idea where some of my items went or if they will ever be shipped. I was charged for them though. There is absolutely no way I can contact them. There is supposed to be a Live Chat. There is not. I ask a question and a robot gives me some possible answers, none of the answers are accurate in my case. I hate that I can not talk to anyone. I have no idea where my order is.

    I dont even gotta say to much but basically LISTEN TO WHAT T F EVERYONE IS SAYING cuz they are not lying on God they not. SHEIN idk what T F happened to yall but yall used to be better than this . And send people the money back and stop playing fr . Honestly if I could leave no stars I would so yall lucky ..

    SHEIN is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. Its like going on a merry go round. They repeat the same thing over and over and you never get a helpful response. I ordered one swimsuit in 2 different sizes. I received 2 different swimsuits in 2 different sizes. Instead of them reshipping to fix THEIR mistake, I had to repurchase the swimsuit which cost more money. They would reship because the difference in price was more than a dollar difference. Anyway, I return both of the swimsuits and repurchase it in the correct size, they refund me for the new purchase in which I paid less for it because of added points used. *** contacted their fabulous customer service but I know Im not going to get anywhere. I also made another purchase of 5 items total which was marked delivered to mailroom and pics of the mailbox. My apt complex doesnt have a mailroom and the pictures wasnt of these mailboxes. They keep telling me it was marked delivered so basically oh well, sorry but youre still gonna have to pay for the order. I paid through AFFIRM and filed a dispute with them so payments have been suspended pending an investigation. This order was $80. SHEIN are crooks and just want your money no matter what. Buyer beware.

    I have ordered from Shein frequently but I recently ordered from them two weeks ago my package was delivered to the wrong address when I reached out to them about the package being delivered and look at the picture ***** took it wasn't my porch that the package was delivered to. Since you can only chat with them i contact ***** with the shipping number and they said it's doesn't match the address on shipping label so that sounds like a mistake on there end.When I received a message stating that I will not receive a refund or no merchandise due to the package has been delivered successfully. I will not be ordering from this site again.

    Ordered a package on 4/26 and had not gotten an update since 5/1. Contact customer service on 5/12 and was told to wait until 5/20 for them to track down my package never got back to me and when I got ahold of customer service again on 5/21 I was able to get updates up until the 9th. On 5/22 I was refunded because logistic issues and they lost my package. Was never asked if I wanted them reshipped or anything. Super annoying they are lying to clients and not being transparent after having waited a month!
