      I placed an order with the merchant my very first order and I'm missing an item. I've tried relentlessly to get the item. I'm dying for the item and no one has an answrt, they just don't respond at all. Either remove the item from my bill or send me what I'm paying for

      I ordered close to $700 worth of products, and they sent me 10+ items that were wrong items, even though they have the same barcode. I applied for a return supplying the pictures with the wrong item showing the barcode and sent it back using the return label provided by Shein. I heard back from Shein saying that the 10+ items I sent back that were wrong items "never arrived in the office" and that the investigation was final and there's nothing they can do to process refund. I went to the refund details, and the reasons for the return under the items I applied for return were mysteriously changed from "Wrong item sent" to "Arrived too late". They robbed me of close to $175 of products by not refunding me the items that they went the wrong ones for. Not even an option for a re-shipment or offering points for those wrong items!

      Order was supposed to come 8/01. It's now 8/08 and I haven't received any updates on my order in 3 weeks that said it was in preshipment. I reached out to Shein and am unable to get to a live person.

      I ordered 13 items; they sent me one, which was listed at $5.00 - so I ended up paying $36 for a $5 item because they didn't send the rest of the order. their customer service is guided, I am filing a charge with my credit card.

      I ordered one dress after a desperate search of the department store and Amazon sites for a bridal shower dress. I paid ****** all in. It is beautiful and incredible flattering on my not perfect body. I just ordered more from them and will update if my opinion changes but for the price, I can't believe how happy I am.

      Buyer beware: I was not sent an item I paid for, and the Shein Customer Service Bots won't help me. I want SHEIN to please contact me to fix this.

      I used PayPal to pay. I canceled 4 items. PayPal refunded me, Shein came back and charged the amount of cancelation, its been 2 months.

      I disputed with Capital One, they obviously cannot do math and closed the dispute. I'm still unrefunded ***

      I'm going to launch a complaint with the trade commission, I encourage everyone too.

      I wanted to return 5 items as they were too big, and I selected the option to receive a Canada Post return label and they sent me a Neighbor Express return label instead. The issue is I can only drop my package at a Neighbor Express location and the nearest is a 2 hours drive, which makes no sense. I have made multiple attempts to get another return label, but was unsuccessful. This is very frustrating and Shein has no customer service telephone line.

      I need my refund back you told me the items have been refunded but I don't see any money back in the original payment method. I will dispute this till the end! Not buying from you again!
