      I order a hoodie on 12/3/23 and have not received it. I sent emails and no response. I have order from them before with no issues. I would like the hoodie or my money back please.

      I placed my order on launch day which was Nov 30th. Said items would be here by Christmas. Never sent. I reached out to customer support and wont respond.

      I placed my order on 11/30/23 and it was supposed to ship by last week. This was supposed to be a present. I have reached out but this company does not provide a customer service phone number and does not return emails. The product has already been released in a number of stores so I do not understand why my order has not even been shipped. This is unacceptable and bad business.

      Placed an order for a sweatshirt on Dec 8. Kept getting a message saying the transaction did not go through, so I tried multiple times for a total of 4 attempts. A few minutes later, it said all orders were confirmed, and I ended up getting charged on my credit card for all transactions. Reached out to their email multiple times for a refund on the duplicate orders, and they said they will respond within 48 hrs, or 5 days at most. It's been well over that time.

      I placed an order on 11/30/23 for the amount of $104. The money was taken out of my account right away. About 2 weeks later I emailed customer service and I get no response. I email 3 more times and I still have not received a CLEAR response as to where my order is. **************** does not respond and there is no number to call to talk to someone. This is VERY frustrating

      I placed an order on 12-1-23. After not receiving any updated information within the 1-2 weeks of the initial expected time of shipment, I emailed the company. I received an automated reply that I would receive a response in ***** hours. I never did. I repeated this process 2 more times with the same outcome.

      Complaint is with NTWRK. They posted on Instagram and promoted sales on 11/30 for Post ************************* cowboys merchandise . I spent over $200 and they have not replied to my emails, messages, etc. order just says confirmed with no updates. They just dont reply to messages from any customer.

      I ordered a bomber jacket on 12/02/2023 for right under $200. The website states that the product would ship within 1-2 weeks. It has now been almost three. I recognize that the holiday season delays shipping at time; therefore, I reached out to customer service for clarification. I have sent 4 separate emails, and have yet to receive a response. It appears that this company collects the money from customers and simply does not send a product. It is theft and its not right.

      First time ordering from here, I ordered a post ****** sweatshirt on dec 3, said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to ship, I never received a shipping email or my order, and customer service is not responding to my many messages, as it been 2 weeks later then the 3 week ***** I will never be ordering from them again.

      I ordered merchandise from this company on November 30th. They said orders will ship out 2-3 weeks and will be there before Christmas! I have not received any shipping information, nor have I been able to reach the company about it. And its way past the 2-3 week ***** I spend $157 and my items are still not here in time for Christmas! Very unprofessional company. I just want my merchandise as I was promised!!
