I made a purchase on 12/5/23 with the NTWRK. The item was fir sale for $85, and with shipping, my total was $102.11.There was a note on the site that orders would take 2 weeks to ship.I contacted them via a message portal on their website on 12/19/23, after the two week **** passed. It indicated that it may take 24 hours to receive a response. I have received no response.I ordered this item in plenty of time to be received for Christmas and paid for shipping. The company has sent zero communication about my order or the tracking number, etc. I want to receive this item within 3 business days or I want $102.11 refunded to me in full for this purchase.Needless to say I will not shop with this merchant again.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a product on November 30th. My confirmation email stated that the product would ship within 1-2 weeks. I have not received any updates on my order saying that shipping would be delayed, etc. I followed up with customer service on Saturday, 12/16 and the automated reply said I would hear a response in ***** hours, but that this time may be extended due to the holidays. It is Tuesday, 12/19 and I have not received a response from customer service with an order status. My order number is PTIF6Z3KSPQD. I ordered a sweatshirt from this company for a special drop they had collaborated with ***************** and the Cowboys. I placed the order on December 4, 2023. I have yet to receive any sort of follow up information in regards to this order - it was over $100. I went on their Instagram and started reading the comments and noticed that almost all the people commenting were experiencing the same exact issues as I was. The company was responding to some individuals, indicating that these will arrive before Christmas. However, I do not see how that is the case if a I have not received any update email on where my order even is. The company also mentions that they would respond to emails within ***** hours - I have been waiting over 5 days now and still have not heard back. I even followed up today. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, what is the point if they wont even reply to their customers. How am I supposed to even try to get a refund if they wont respond to me?Initial Complaint

On November 16, 2023 I purchased a JUNGKOOK Size XL hoodie from The NTWRK ***. Paid $75.95 in total including shipping and handling. According to the LISTING it takes 1-2 Weeks to process my order. However, I did not count any holidays, just Business Days. I have made several attempts as you can see in my attached EMAILs, WHICH, NO response was made within the criteria as stated on their WEBSITE and ***. And, I tried to contact them VIA Instagram, but no joy in making any kind of contact to follow up on my order. I am seeking a FULL REFUND in the AMOUNT of $75.95 in which I paid online. As a first time customer of ********************** on **/**/23 I purchased the black +44 + ******************************* Psychedelic Race Long Sleeve Tee size XL which totaled $105.82 after shipping and tax. The order number is 1HKBOHHOUPXV. The product description lists 3-5 days for shipping. I received a confirmation email for the order that day. The transaction remains at this point in confirmed status. I submitted a form requesting support from NTWRK on 11/24/23 and received an automated response stating I would be contacted within 24 hours. On 11/28/23 I responded to that email as is indicated can be done with additional comments as I had not received a response. I continue to receive no response or updates regarding this item, shipping, delays, anything. I understand various challenges which have occurred with others with product collaborations/partnerships, shipping delays, fulfillment, etc, as well as lack of communication and responsiveness. Im trying to be patient and Im hopeful I can receive the item soon, however, I am not willing to wait indefinitely for the item to ship to me or to receive a refund. Any kind of genuine communication and information around what the situation is and what I can expect would be useful. Ordered a mystery box and some other clothes been a week, one package STATES its been delivered but its no where near our house. I know this because we asked our neighbors if they saw **** deliver a package to us on Friday. **** didn't even come down our neighborhood. I was given fake tracking info and I'm beyond ****** off. I had some fraud charges on my debit card through this company and my bank recommended I reach out to them to try to solve the problem. I have not heard from them. I have reached out on several occasions. I don't have an account with them since I did not authorize these charges. The days my card was used August 20th and August 29th.
