    I never really used it so I tried to cancel. The process was ridiculous. I had to say that I wanted to cancel 8 TIMES before it was actually cancelled. I was indifferent to Thrive until this. Now I definitely DO NOT recommend.

    Thrive Market is unmatched in incompetence and untruthfulness. I cannot overstate the number of times I was lied to by their customer service team. I purchased a ********************** membership to get access to specific products which they "can't ship" during the summer, unbeknownst to anyone, as that information isn't disclosed anywhere. They simply label the product on their website "too hot to ship." As someone who lives in the South, that means it will be "too hot to ship" for half the year. Not to mention the fact they lie and say these products "ship with a cold pack." They don't. If they shipped with a cold pack, wouldn't you be able to ship during the summer? Lie count: 2.Then, when trying to get answers from their customer service team, I have been repeatedly given the run-around. That is, when I'm able to get through to the number at all. I am told I will get a call back "within 24 hours," a call that never comes. No matter how many times I ask them to escalate, to transfer the call to someone who can answer my questions, I am ignored. What kind of customer service team can't transfer calls? Absolutely abysmal customer service, a team that simply lies again and again, refusing to be of any help. Lie count: Infinity.Overall, I'm incredibly disappointed and just wanting to get a refund for the half of the year that I'm unable to use Thrive to get the products I actually want. Alas, cancelling and getting a refund is impossible without helpful customer service! How convenient for **********************, who is simply interested in taking my money without providing the promised products. Don't waste your time and money on this membership. You won't get the value out of it, I promise.

    If I could give zero stars I would. What a scam. I explicitly asked them to cancel auto ship orders because I was receiving items I didnt order, want or need. They said they would turn off auto ship and reduce my subscription price. Neither happened! Was just charged almost $100 for ridiculous items. 3 of the same type of electrolyte powder packets in the same order? I dont think so. Of course you cant talk to a real person or ever get your order canceled or refunded. It hasnt even shipped yet cant be canceled. I can see why they were sued by the state of CA.

    What a hoax!In 2022 I bought a bottle of magnesium online, apparently I got added to their member list for $59.99. a year Just realized on my ****** that Ive been regularly charged every year diligently for a membership I never asked for, for the amount of $59.99 All because of one stupid bottle of magnesium,They are graciously allowing me this years $59.99 back, but Im not happy. I got tricked into this in the first place.

    I have asked them to cancel my account & close it out. They keep sending me to their website which is a hassle to navigate. The chat is worthless and if you call they don't answer or just hang up. They keep asking me to change my password. mobile device. it seems all they want is to keep you signed up paying a monthly membership and make it incredibly difficult to get in contact with a human to resolve issues. I dont recommend anyone use this company/site.

    I opened an account and when I decided to cancel my membership, they force you to use a chat that comes back with an alternative at least 4 times trying to convince you not to cancel. Now, my account got hacked and someone opened a membership under my account fraudulently, and used my stored payment information to do so. When I tried to connect with the company to get it resolved, they would not refund the membership amount through the chat. I also couldnt get ahold of a person. When I called their customer service number, all options led to me being hung up on. Theres also not a clear way on their site to remove your saved payment information. Theres also not a way to cancel your account anywhere on the site when using it on a mobile device. Overall, their goal is to keep you signed up paying a monthly membership and make it incredibly difficult to get in contact with a human to resolve issues. I dont recommend anyone use this company/site.

    Dont bother trying out Thrive Market. After reporting so many issues of damaged items and providing proof, they threatened to cancel my membership. I reported another issue and sure enough, they canceled it and didnt process a refund for the last $100 worth of damaged products. Instead of accepting responsibility, fixing the problems, improving the quality and training the shipment team to properly pack items, they would rather not deal with the type of customer who speaks out.

    I agree with ****** *. I canceled my subscription on 2/2/25. Late in February I received notice that I was being billed and my auto ship order had been shipped. Too late to reach anyone to stop it from being sent. When I tried to call, there was no one answering the phones (during business hours). The Chat option is 24/7 but is useless. I wish there was more I could do to warn people away from this business.

    Very bad predatory online practices by this company. Everyone should be warned away from it. Once you type in your email they attach the words "Thrive user" to it and it shows up everywhere you type your email.Not only that, you can't delete your email from their site by yourself. You have to got through the idiot AI chatbot to get to an agent, who sends you an email, and then you have to email their Data department.There is something very wrong going on here.

    Without dealing with an AI chatbot or a call service agent, there is no option to:remove credit card information from your account cancel auto-renew on your membership cancel your membership Ridiculous that this is illegal in other countries but just fine in *******.
