  I want to commend the representative, ******* **, from Rosland Capital for all of her help and attentiveness in regards to informing me about investing in gold and silver in my **** I was just thinking about getting into the process and with the patience of ******* **, I made the leap and am so happy that I did! She was so informative and understanding in regards to my financial needs. Explained everything about investing in precious metals from A to Z and in terms that I could relate to. I am just so thankful for ******* ** and her help with growing my financial wealth. Thank you ******* **!!!

  I really dont know where to start regarding my praise for ******************* except to say that as a first-time precious metal buyer, I feel like I have been coordinating with ******* for many years. Her kindness is very reassuring, and her professionalism and knowledge of her product is unsurpassed. I have no problem whatsoever recommending her to people that I know who may be interested in purchasing precious metals. She is most likely one of the best in the industry.

  ***** was extremely helpful when I thought I had lost everything with Oxford Gold. Weeks had passed and no one from ****** was returning my calls, emails. I was trying to contact my agent (***** ******) without any luck.Saw the commercial on ******** for the 100th time and called. Fortunately for me ***** ********, answered my call. He very commonly walked me through my Equity Trust Account and answered my prayers. I went from thinking I lost everything, to at least a chance to regaining my hard-earned savings!Thank you Rosland Capital and ***** ********!

  I feel that I was defrauded. It appears that Rosland preys on older people who have almost no financial experience. They talk fast, they offer incentives that you don't receive. I was told that I qualified for an extra $15,000 in product. I didn't even get what I was expecting. end result was they charged me $25,127,13 for what turned out to be 5.25 ounces of ***** gold proofs . I wanted bullion. I was not paying enough attention to what they were doing. gold was $1668 at the time and with the %2.5 commission I should have paid $1709 an ounce, not $4786 an ounce. Rosland made $3077 an ounce profit. What do you think ? Scammers, or at the very least leaches who pray on older members of society who need their money to live on. just in August I have called 3 people in compliance to talk about selling. Not a single call back, **** on Aug.8, 9 ,13 ,21 ***** on Aug. 9, 13, 21 **** on Aug.9, 13. 21. I left messages for all of them. they are all in compliance. I'm ready to sue. BBB what should my next move be *****

  Rosland takes negative reviews very seriously. Many of the assertions by the reviewer about Roslands practices and conduct are inaccurate. Roslands Senior Compliance Officer in fact has had several lengthy telephone conversations with the reviewer about his transaction. Further,Roslands prices and description of the coins purchased by the reviewer were clearly disclosed in a recorded confirmation with the reviewer as well as in the invoice sent to him. The recorded confirmation, invoice and the customer agreement signed by the reviewer also disclose other pertinent information about precious metals and his purchase. Surely Rosland is not responsible for the reviewer not paying enough attention, as he concedes.
  
  Rosland values having satisfied customers and suggests that the reviewer contact Roslands Senior Compliance Officer to further discuss and address his concerns and to see if a satisfactory resolution of this matter can be achieved.

  I absolutely hate to say that I am having very real problems with Rosland Capitals compliance ***** It's such a shame to have so many problems with one ***** in a reputable company. I sold my gold back to Rosland on 9/2/24 after agreeing on a price. I was told I would receive a check within 2 months after they received the Gold backl. It was received by Rolsand the next day. I have the confirmation and name of person receiving it. I should have gotten a check in November and as of today, January ******* it still has not arrived. I spoke with compliance on 1/17/25 and he told me he was sending the check by *** EX that day. It is now 9 days later and no check. Fed X does not work that way. I have called compliance and left messages 4 times since 1/17 asking for the tracking number and I get no call back. Counsel advised me to give them the opportunity to send the check if they had not actually done so. This is not how I expected things to go with a company with such a high rating, and yet here I am. I receive things from ***** all the time. I've gotten 2 deliveries this week. WHAT is the problem?

  I had some cash on hand and was interested in investing that in gold. I contacted ** and spoke with ***** ********. He spent a considerable amount of time with me on the phone explaining all the options in detail. I eventually decided to purchase $50k of the ****** ****** special coins. They were delivered to me within 2 weeks. Working with ***** was a pleasure. I found him to be extremely intelligent and a pleasure to talk with. Most of the world these days is run by 3rd graders that cannot answer any questions or speak intelligently in general. ***** was never pushy in any of our conversations. I have read some of the negative reviews posted and can testify that my situation was diametrically opposed to what I was reading. About 6 weeks after the initial transaction with *****************, we had some inherited *** and equity monies for my wife. I spoke with ***** and we were able to transfer or liquidate funds from a ****** account and moved another $100k into gold investments with RC. ***** guided us through every step and was on the phone with me for at least 45 minutes on a 3-way call to ******. He guided me through every step and, again, it was a very pleasurable experience. I am very comfortable with ***** as a representative and would continue investing with ** and him any time a substantial amount of cash is available to us. If you are considering investing with **, I would advise you to request to speak to him only.

  We deal exclusively with ***** ******** at ******** Capital for several very important reasons.1.He helped educate and advise us on the risks and benefits of investing in gold and silver as commodities as well as investing in special edition coins, which have the additional cost/profit component as a collectible.2. He is honest, caring, professional, and concerned about helping his clients make the best decisions when buying gold and silver, including having them read the fine print of every purchase agreement that spells out the conditions every buyer needs to consider due to changing market conditions that can dramatically impact the when to sell decision. ************ also informed us that, while ******** goes to great lengths to make sure orders are shipped on time, there can be delays in the shipping/transportation industry over which ******** has no control and to factor that into our planning. Which we do, and it works.4.Maybe the most important aspect of precious metals trading ***** helped us understand is that, like any investment, gold and silver has to be considered in the same light as any other stocks and bonds type investment. Gold is not a replacement for those other investments, but is rather an excellent investment to counterbalance a weakening dollar, and as a hedge against inflation as well as deflation.5.We understand that the role of a sales agent is simply to provide a bridge between the buyer and the seller and, to that end, ***** provided us with all the information we need to make the best decision for our investments to meet our goals.I highly recommend ***** ******** for the very best help when you are considering adding precious metals to your portfolio for the first time, or if you are a seasoned investor looking for a plan that suits your individual needs.** *******

  BIGGEST SCAM , THEY DON'T BUY BACK ,THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LIE TO YOU. **** SAID I WOULD NEED TO FILL OUT PAPER WORK AND WAIT 60 DAYS. AND WE WOULD LOSE MONEY, EVEN THOU ITS AT AN ALL TIME HIGH. WE WERE WILLING TO DO THAT.......BUT HE THAN SAID ITS ON HOLD AND THEY CANT GIVE US OUR MONEY. I CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY SAID THEY NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING. ITS BEEN ON HOLD FOR 2 MONTHS NOW, AND THEY DONT KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE LIFTED............... READ ALL THESE REVIEWS...... THEY ARE WANTING FOR THEIR FUNDS AND IT TAKES 60 DAYS OR LONGER..... YOU WILL END UP LOSING MONEY, OR BE PUT ON HOLD INDEFINITELY. ALL OF US HAVE BEEN SCAMMED, WE SHOULD FILE A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST ROSLAND CAPITAL AND THEIR LYING ASSOCIATES.

  I invested with RC buying lady liberty gold coins. It took 5 weeks, not the 20 days.There was a packing slip included along with the coins, nothing else. I have called 8 times asking for an invoice of exactly what the cost of the gold was and an item by item list of all other costs and fees. Nothing ! On one of their return calls I was asked why would I need that ? Another return call the person wanted to know if I was ready to buy more. Never understood what I was asking. He made no sense. Most requests went unanswered.I need this for my records. This invoice would be required when I would want to sell my gold.I feel they are keeping something from me, avoiding me hoping I will go away. They are hiding something, not being honest. This purchase was almost 20K, not a small sum for me.Does this seem to be an odd request to anyone out there ? When you purchase a car your invoice is pages and pages but at least you know what you are paying for.I want an itemized line by line cost of everything involved in my gold purchase !!!An invoice should be included with each purchase and should be mandatory !!

  I submitted a distribution request on 5/2/2024, and I was told by my Rosland agent that it could take a few weeks to complete the transaction. It is now 7/6/2024 (more than 8 weeks later) and the transaction is still not completed. I have left several messages with my agent, but he has not returned any of my calls. I am extremely frustrated with the complete lack of response. Why the silence? Is Rosland Capital up to no good?
