      I ordered shoes for my daughter on 1/16/25, they were delivered by ***** on 1/20/25 around 4:24pm. When I went outside they were gone. ***** did an investigation and then closed it without providing me an update. WSS is refusing to give me an update or refund. I want my money back! Or my daughter wants a replacement set of shoes sent to us again or for pickup . Order number **********.

      Ordered date 12/10/2024 Amount ***** Order number; ********** I received an email on 12/17/2024 that item was ready for pick up. I went to the store on 12/18/2024 to pick up and the store clerk stated they did not receive. They would email me once order was sent. I emailed WSS on 12/20/24 to request an update. They said they would reach out to their fulfillment center and will keep me updated. I received an email on 1/1/25 stating to leave a review because my order was picked up. I messaged them 1/1/2024 and they said they would reach out to the fulfillment center. I feel I am not getting the right answers and getting the run around. Please help me resolve this.

      I purchased a pair of air ****** two 3 and there fake the rubber sole is coming off real ******s wouldn't be coming up or off and I havent had them 2 months the color scheme is all wrong and I been walking around in fake ******s thinking I'm hot yeah a hot mess who those that ***** was on Maryland parkway does that

      Yesterday I went in to purchase a new pair of tennis shoes and when I when to pay for them with my debit card I was directed to a device asking for my presonal information. I told the manager I didn't want to give any out and was willing to pay cash for the purchase. He said that it didn't matter and the transaction couldn't be completed without filling it in. And then he said "Don't worry, you can decline joining our mailing list at the end." I just wanted to buy a new pair of shoes not be forced to giving out my personal information and trusting it won't be sold causing "Endless" "Unwanted" solisitations "Against My Will". If this practice is not illegal "It Should Be".

      I bought **** shoes on Monday 4/1. I receive an invoice confirmation a few days later I tried to log in to check the location and track my order but was unable to do so. When I email the company with a request for an update I received a reply that my order was cancelled and a refund was issued. I did not want my order cancelled or a refund. I just wanted a status on delivery for my order. This company is horrible and needs to be shut down completely

      This transaction was on 03/17/21 it says it was shipped but all this time later an still haven't received anything it was in total amount of $114.74 I am very mad at this point way to ridiculous

      Regarding my order asking for return/refund. It is very sad to said WSS has a poor 30 days return policy especially during the holidays. It very sad to said you didn't care about your customer but for your business only. I loose money and my daughter is left with no Christmas gift because the shoes didn't fit her because your poor policy. Knowing the holidays is such a busy time of the years you as a business should do better give customer time to do a return. **************** give ***** days for online order for a return which you guys need to step it up and do better. You as a business did not loose anything but i as a customer lost hope and trust. I order the item on 11/29 and Christmas is not even until 12/25 and I have only have 4 days left to do a return during this crazy holidays. Are you kidding me? Very little time for customer to return especially during holidays. I'm never ordering again and will not recommend to friends and family. It's almost like you set a poor policy on purpose to cheat customer. I'm very disappointed, very angry and upset.

      Placed order on 1/3/23 order#**********. Tried to chat and no response. Sent email to customer service and no response. Order is showing paid but still unfulfilled. I am trying to get an update on the order to see when it will ship or would like a refund. I have received no emails in response and/or with any updates.

      ************************************************ purchased a pair of shoes for hes grandchild at a store location and had a issue because the person that help him at the store took advantage of he's ********** and lied to him gave him the wrong size and one of the shoe was damaged in the front part .I was so disappointed that they lied to him just to sell him the shoes . I went back to the store with him so he can get hes money back or exchange for the correct size and I have been having a big issue trying to get a exchange at least I explain to them that they lied to my father gave him the wrong size just CUSE he's vision is bad the employees were being very rude and unprofessional they make experience a lot worse the employees refuse to give a exchange or money back I have been going through multiple stores trying to return the the shoes and it's been very frustrating time consuming not to mention waste of gas my money spent for gas going to different locations just to have an issue over and over again . We have the original recipt and the shoes never been worned and the box is in perfect conditions they shoes where purchased 5 days ago .I have never had a problem at your local stores and it's been very stressful and time consuming I believe your employees need to well trained to be helpful to handicapped persons and not take advantage or their ********** just to sell shoes and check the items before sold so there is no issues for wrong size and take the time to correctly explain to the guest in Spanish of their purchase items and returns CUSE no one explained nothing to him and now my father is stuck with some shoes that cost him over **** ******* for hes grandchild CUSE they won't exchange them or take in consideration that the shoes has a manufactured issue in the front part or refund him at all .we've called ******** ******* and never gotten a response it's day 5 now and still no help very disappointed on how awfulness they treat it my father

Approx 1 month ago I purchased a pair of **** shoes they were fine until yesterday when it rained here for the first time since I got them and water soaked right through the bottoms and would spurt out the top every time I took a step. I of course had worn my shoes that's why I bought them. They were fine. No problems so I threw my receipt away. It was the begining of October it hadn't rained yet but after only having these shoes approx 3 weeks it rained and I heard my right shoe making a slawshing sound. When I looked down I could see that everytime I took a step water would shoot out the toe of my shoe. Your return policy is ridiculous. If the shoes hadn't been worn I wouldn have known there was a problem with them. I don't buy shoes to store them away I wear them. It's now the begining of winter and the only shoes I have to wear are shoes that take on water. You should know that manufactures make mistakes and defects slip by. You should just replace the customers defective shoes with new ones and have the manufacturer give you credit. I'm sure my co-workers and boss wonder why I don't just wear a different pair of shoes. To embarrassed to tell them that I don't have any other shoes.
