When we order there was a system error which led to use being charged and receiving 2 orders. After contacting customer service the only thing they would offer is 30% even though it was an error on their site which led to me being charged $68 twice.

I signed up for a Dr ********************** auto ship service for 9 bars of soap. They are to ship these 9 bars every three months. They completely messed up my last order which shouldve shipped March 3,2024 but I requested it ship earlier on Feb 25,2024. However the order never shipped and finally around the end of March / beginning of April I got in Touch with someone to see whats going on and they were able to see that the order was never going to ship, corrected the order and shipped it out on April 2,2024. So with that being said, my next order shouldnt ship until July yet at 3am the morning of May 25,2024 I got an email saying my next order was confirmed and processed. Not only that, the company only provides a 30 min window for any issues or disputes with orders but how can anyone dispute an order that was unknowingly placed at 3am on a date when the order shouldnt even have been placed at all. I have asked customer service three times for help with this issue that is solely on their part and asked for a supervisor to respond, but they keep saying they cant do anything to cancel my order and have offered no resolution or help nor responded to my request for a supervisor.

I have made several attempts to cancel auto ships with dr ********************** through email and live chat that no one responds to. They have not taken any action to cancel my subscription and there is no working phone number to contact them in person. Their help tutorial is irrelevant as the cancel button is not there, only an orange tab that says keep my subscription. I attached a picture of that. The word to the left of that button are not clickable. I tried using both their app and website to cancel with no results. I simply want my subscription cancelled and not be charged for product I do not want to receive.

There was an abrasive foreign material, seen, in the soap, causing facial and body lacerations. Did not realize this issue, until, the shower finished. There was no real issue except some deep scratches. I have been a customer, for years , and love the product. The soap had a sliver of a shiny, material, that I could not retain, due to it being lost in the shower. I have the box the soap came from as it was the first time the bar was used. I received, the soap as holiday gifts so I did not purchase it. Have been using this product and never had an issue. I will continue using this product, as it has been a staple in my shower routine, forever. I just want to report, this incident , to prevent another issue. I have 12 bars left, and will be cautious in use. If needed I can return the items , but will like replacements for them .

I am upset how the company runs their business, I didn't realize I still have a subscription on the account which I thought was canceled back in 2022. apparently a new order was submitted on 1/1/2024 and I went on the website to request a cancellation of the order and cancel my subscription. I tried on numerous occasions cancelling my subscription on the website however the option was not available to select. the site does not allow me to cancel the subrciption and there are no phone support to call and get this updated. I want my full refund, they can pay to have their product returned and remove my account from their website!

I wanted to follow up on our previous chat about your order cancelation request.Just a quick note, our system requires cancellation requests to be made within a 30-minute window after an order is placed. Once this time frame elapses, orders are typically processed swiftly to ensure prompt delivery. Unfortunately, your order had already moved into processing before we received your cancellation inquiry, and it is now being prepared for shipping. We understand your frustration, and we wish we could accommodate your request. You should receive an email from the Doc with tracking information once your order goes out, and we hope you'll find the items to your satisfaction upon arrival. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us.Have a Squatch-tastic day!(...)

On December 3 an order was placed for me WITHOUT my knowledge (#********). Dr ******************** forced my account under a subscription that I NEVER ordered, that I never signed, nor did I ever pick a single one of the soaps sent to me under this subscription that I never made. I proceeded to tell Dr ******************** about their mistake and offered to return the soaps for a FULL refund. This was their response to my request for a refund: "Thanks for replying back! Due to the nature of the Doc's products, we currently do not accept returns. But have no fear, the Doc is here! All of our customers are covered by our Sudisfaction Guarantee."So, I filled out the Sudisfaction Guarantee form noting I was not satisfied with the product since I was charged for it without my knowledge or permission and have yet to hear back. Moreover, support has not response to me anymore and it has been a few days. This is their website DESCRIPTION of their Sudisfaction Guarantee: "We understand that everyone is different we're happy to help you find a replacement scent that you absolutely love. If we're not a great match, no hard feelings! We'll refund your order! If you aren't 100% satisfied with your Dr. Squatch products, please contact us within 30 days of your order delivery date!"So they are absolutely LYING when they say they will refund you for an order you are not satisfied with!I have been buying Dr ******************** products for over 2 years, and spend about $250-300 a year. I am ************************************************************ the span of 50 years, I would have spent $12,500-$15,000 on their products but will not be buying anymore Dr ******************** products because their refusal to refund me a $38.52 order that I NEVER MADE. Congrats, Dr ********************. You guys absolute showed me. You lost a customer that would've spent thousands of dollars over his lifetime all because you wouldn't refund him for a $38.52 mistake.

My issue is the extremely deceptive marketing. This brand touts its natural, handmade in ******* image all over tiktok, fb, ******** discord and TV. This is not true. The soap is mass produced in ***** and shipped to a huge warehouse in *******, **, or, dropshipped directly from ***** to customers. The business has responded to customers inquiring the whereabouts of their factory, where thousands of soaps would have to be made an hour to supply every Amazon warehouse, kroger, ******* and target in the ***. Their answer is a warehouse that does not manufacture anything. Dr ********************** had produced a video showing their factory, but its the manufacturer in *****. For this size operation to exist, it would need hundreds of soap makers/manufacturers, which there are NONE, not one job listing, not one complaint. Even an NDA lasts 2 years, the business has been around since 2013. Not a single photo or a TikTok or employer complaint/compliment. This is a better fantasy world than Santa & the elves and people are buying it! The product is also terrible, ruining people on natural soap and hurting actual small businesses and real soapmakers. The *** did an interview admitting hes not a soapmaker and simply bought and marketed products in an effort to have a shorter work week. Thats all fine, but dont lie to your customers about where the product is made. These guys actively take down any bad reviews on their site, unlike transparent brands that use apps like judge.me. They also pay off influencer and YouTubers that give likewarm or bad reviews with free products and bribes to be a ********************** spokesman. How ****** sponsors this dirty crew is beyond me. They should invest in a real brand that works with young people and has a clean history and great product. Dr ******************** is no Dr- the Dr stands for DROP shippers! Buyer beware of this flimsy poor quality 5 day lasting, rash inducing soap! Stop stealing business from Moms and small businesses! Their linkedin is all marketing reps!
