    I starting using the DailyLook clothing subscription service and later decided I wanted to cancel it. When I tried to, the company website kept saying they could not cancel my subscription because a box was in transit, so I waited until the box came, returned it without purchasing anything, and waited for the confirmation of delivery to try and again to cancel my subscription. I am still getting the same message that I cannot cancel my subscription because a box is in transit. I have tried calling them and using their online messaging platform to contact someone, but I keep getting a message that I need to contact them between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. PST. I have been making sure that I'm contacting them in those hours, but still no response. My next step is to dispute their charges on my credit card. This company is super shady, and their business model seems to be to trick people into signing up and then making it impossible for them to cancel.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/07) */ Cancelations are processed once Dailylook receives the last box. The vox was received on 6/6 and will be processed within 24 - 48 hrs. The account is placed in in a pending cancelation status and will be finalized then.

    Subscription service. Doesn't have a "cancel" option. The fine print gives instruction to cancel that don't exist. It continues to charge without permission. The company has no contact info either. So basically if you give them your info, they can charge you indefinitely.
