    I was charged $40 on March 16th for a box of clothing that was supposed to be sent to me by April 1st. I understand the reason for the charge being early since we are paying a styling fee and they want to get paid before doing the work. But I am frustrated because when I email the team. I get a canned message indicating shipping delays with no estimated date. No reason for the delay. My guess is the box isnt coming. And now I want to cancel my subscription and I get a note saying I cant because a box is in transit. Fine- but why cant I cancel future subscriptions?!? And will I even receive this box? Its been a month since Ive been charged. I have $60 on credit with the company that expires on April 25th. If I dont get a box by then. Im screwed out of $100 total!

    I signed up for the daily look subscription in January and have yet to receive my first shipment. Despite that Ive been charged again, for a box in February, and then again in March- I have not received a single package. I wrote to request a request a refund of the February box fee, however they credited it to my account to put towards items in my box- that I still have not received. At this point I do not want a box. I do not want store credit, I want my $120 (3 months x$40) refunded and to cancel my membership. Which they refuse to do stating a box is pending- which its status is unchanged since January.

    Order was placed in January 2025 with delivery date in early February. Approaching the end of March and I still have not received the order. I have contacted the seller by email four times and not been given a response. They have made no effort to resolve the issue.

    I have had a miserable experience with this company. I can't get them to stop trying to charge my card, which I've had my bank flag as fraud, even though they have confirmed my subscription was cancelled.I built my style profile around business professional clothing that isn't neutral, I wanted to step out of my comfort zone. The box they built for me was a ********** secret pajama set, neutral basics, 2 pairs of jeans and a pair of leggings. I waited almost a month and my box never came so I chatted with customer service to cancel. They confirmed my cancellation and said they refunded my money, which they didn'**** box showed up about 3 weeks later anyways. Which was $680 worth of c*** I sent it back. I then got an email stating I would be charged in 24 hours if I didn't initiate my return, which I did! They tried to charge my card less than 6 hours later! Thankfully my bank called me and said it looked like fraud so I denied the charge. My return is still pending, even though the tracking shows it delivered and they tried to charge me the full amount again at midnight last night. I logged in this morning to get the chat again and it shows my next box is about to ship!I have reported this business to the BBB and my state's attorney general. I can't get them to remove my card information or respond to me about cancelling and I don't want this service. They failed before I even received the first box.

    I signed up for Daily Look in Feb 2024. I received my box and decided to purchase 4 items, only to be unable to login to their site. It was glitching and would repeatedly ask for me to change my password. I gave up and contacted the company. No response. Called, followed up over and over. No response. I let them know that I would be unable to pay until I received contact to log in to the site. I then hear from them for the first time from the COLLECTIONS agency asking to respond within 10 days. I respond immediately, reiterate the issue and show receipts from my communication. No response. Followed up again to no response. I mean... what is going on?? So now this could impact my credit score with virtually no communication.

    I have been trying to cancel this account for weeks. Although the request seems to have gone through, a *** is supposed to call within three days. This has not happened and should not be required. I have submitted the form multiple times and get no confirmation of receipt, and the account is still active. I am now waiting for a response to my direct contact and will also try calling but it should not be this hard.

    I have received one box from Daily Look, and my second was scheduled for delivery on or around February 9, 2025. The styling fee was charged to my credit card on January 22, 2025. I have yet to receive the next box, the credits for the styling fee and a delay credit was put on my account but set to expire on April 1st. I have not received the box, have reached out multiple times to the company and the only thing they do is point me to the **** related to shipping delays.They do not provide any specific reason, nor any timeframe in which I can expect to receive the shipment. I cannot cancel my account or the credits are removed and each time I send a message to their ************* team, I get the same email template returned but nothing ever gets done.We are now over a month from the expected delivery date and nothing.

    Subscription for clothing. Initial order was never received and unable to receive money from canceled membership because the initial order is pending. Tried everything, removing credit card, contacting customer service. Memberships been terminated and don't know why they can't refund me for order I never received.

    I signed up for dailylook a mail clothing service and paid the $40 styling fee which is refundable .. to be applied towards what I keep from the box or refunded if nothing is kept. I had to contact the company to get the refund as I couldnt spend the credits as their site was allowing me to. They claim they refunded the money but the card they refunded it to was not mine. Ive asked for resolution but they are saying I received the refund which I didnt.

    I have contacted this company 3 times now about canceling my subscription. I placed and order on Jan. 5th and i still have yet to received anything from this company. Another charged showed on my acct. Feb. 4th after I asked for my subscription to be cancelled. $70 total has been taken from me still with nothing received. They will not cancel my subscription because they are saying I have to wait to receive my 1st box. But they cannot tell me when that will be. Keep giving excuses about fires, snow, etc. They said they would email me when my box ships. I asked since it had not "shipped" yet then why couldn't they just cancel the order altogether. I got the run around all three times I have talked to someone.
