Been holding a Meta account for 14 years!!! My son gets complained about and BS complaints cause thats all their age does and I GET SUSPENDED!! I cant even contact them directly to explain the situation and rectify it! All of my pictures and posts!! My life when I spend every other week without my kids! I have PTSD. I am a combat area serving ******* and everything I knew is suspended!! Im suffering and cannot call A ******* NUMBER to fix this shit! I have to struggle blowing it off to my 11 1/2 yo son that his actions suspended me. I dont even want him to play the thing I paid $300 for!!! Im not ok! I need this resolved and the messages I get waiting for them to review that I am me is NOT helping!!! I can only be mentally strong to a degree. But my kids schools and travel teams post on social media. My ex husband does not communicate- hence EX! I need to talk to someone about my account!!!Review from Emmett J

Facebook support is one of the worst groups I have ever dealt with. They suspended my account for an Instagram account that isn't mine. The only way I can deal with this is to access the account that is now gone. So basically, they are s******* me over.If they want my account, they can have it. After almost 15 years they treat their customers like c*** One of the worst companies in the world. ********** should retire and let someone who knows how to run things take over.Review from Marlene G

Facebook allows anyone to represent a real brand product and fraudulently represent them. For example, a company makes pretend they are Neiman ****** selling ******* Louis ******* or other premier brands. However, the products are selling for a few hundred dollars or less instead of the real price. All items in reality sell for thousands of dollars. When I report this to Facebook, they do nothing and tell me that they will not remove the ads. I have lost money on items and so do other people.Review from Brandon H

Why is everybody leaving facebook for other social media platforms? facebook has created a disenfranchise campaign to undermine & restrict your human rights such as social ****************** for all. ""WE" the people must not condone this type of treatment by any corporation, big tech company or corrupted government officials. I encourage the people of nations to stand up against these entities and fight for what is right & learn more about any companies ethical practices before making an investment.Review from Stacey B

My account got hacked and the hacker changed my password and email address. I used the so-called recovery option, and all it tells me is that my password was changed and to reset it. How?!? The hacker changed my email address so I no longer have access to get a reset link. And of course there's no one to contact about it. They also unlinked my backup email, and when FB sent me an email asking if I had done it. When I clicked no, I received a message that the link wasn't valid. So what was the point in even sending it? This company loves to farm out people's information to make money, but have zero desire to help people when their farming causing people's accounts to be hacked. I'd say they should be ashamed of themselves, but they're too busy swimming in their pools of money to feel shame. I've gone ahead and filed a complaint with my state's attorney general.Review from Elizabeth H

Facebook has incorrectly suspended my account, and given me no recourse to get it back. A couple of month ago I went to log in and got this notification-"We've suspended your account. Your ******************** account was suspended because your Instagram account *************** doesn't follow our rules." However hoangducsieu764 is NOT MY ACCOUNT, and wasn't even linked. I have no association with that account and so cannot log into it to fix this problem. I have had this account for almost 20 years with no violations. It's linked to my business account which has also been suspended, where I have spent thousands of dollars on ads. I've been working on this for months and haven't gotten a single response to a support email. Every phone number I've found has been disconnected. The company takes your money with absolutely no protection or support around their services. Decades of work and building a community following are just gone with no recourse.Review from William H

Meta is the worst of all companies we deal with. They took down our ads after making spurious charges. We initiated an appeal. Twice their reps looked into it and both times said we had not violated their standards and copyright rules. One of their charges is that we used music videos and violated copyright laws. We have never run music video ever. After exonerating us the reps [promised a "team" would receive their findings and review. One promised he would personally see it through. This was over a month ago. We have heard nothing. They make specious charges and hide behind a wall of blocking all communication. They had down decrees like some gestapo organization. We have ****** views on our ad on Wednesday, May15. We had ****** in one day on Wednesday May 22nd when suddenly, they made their false charges and took us down. Called Facebook support. Was just told 5 min go that it will cost me $600 for Facebook to resolve my hacked account and reinstate my account. Account has been disabled for a few years now, figured they'd iron out their tech problem by now. I care less about a Facebook account than the unfair business practice of charging users for their own security breeches. Unfair at best, blackmail at worst.
