      My complaint is regarding their Marketplace. I was trying to sell a Senior ****** and they have denied me access on six different occasions (April *****th) informing me it's against market policy because it's a medical device. However, there are hundreds currently on their Marketplace selling the same. I am confused but more over I cannot reach out to them to question their decision. Not a friendly forum when you have issues with a problem. I have had success with Facebook for over 15 years or more, but recently the Marketplace has got me concerned about its action.

      **** platforms has a verified check make that is 15 a month. I signed up and was charged $640 for the month. And meta is absolutely refusing to refund that. I reached out immediately after I noticed the $640 charge and still no help. We spend thousands of dollars a month on advertising with them. This is absolutely ridiculous.

      Meta deleted my ********** account during migration to ******** without my consent. I had 100's of dollars of content on the account. They led me through over a month of back and forth emails, providing information, credit card statements, old emails, etc., to then finally say I'd have to re-purchase all the content and they're not willing to work with me. Mind you, this is one of the wealthiest companies in the world. May they all RIH.

      Company is withholding payment for items sold on their platform and support is nonexistent. Payment is roughly 2 weeks overdue. A trillion dollar company that can't just give me my $25 bucks. Use other platforms.

      My fiancee was murdered in 2020 I was the designated person to handle his social media accounts. I managed to make his Facebook account a memorialized account by providing the details needed to ****. For 3 years I had no issue. Recently I realized his account had been removed. His Instagram account was apparently linked to his Facebook account. According to the emails Instagram reached out saying he posted something that violated their rules. He nor anyone else has posted on this account since his death. If something were posted that violated the rules it would have been when he was alive in 2020. I reached out to **** to dispute this and the dispute was never answered. Instead almost a year after the original suspension I received a email letting me know both his ******************************** accounts have been permanently deleted. Myself and his family have lost countless of pictures,videos, & voice notes that we never backed up because we were under the assumption his memorialized account would be safe. This is like losing a piece of him that brought us comfort during these dark times. I have tried to reach out to Meta numerous of times only to never get a response. Shame on you Meta for not protecting memorialized accounts and causing unnecessary pain to an already grieving family.

      I am writing to formally file a complaint against Facebook Marketplace regarding an unacceptable delay in receiving payment for items I have sold. It has been **three weeks** since my items were successfully sold and shipped to buyers, yet I have not received my payout. Additionally, Facebook Marketplace offers no direct customer support within the mobile app, instead funneling users to automated AI prompts that fail to provide any meaningful assistance. There is no way to contact a representative or escalate the issue, leaving sellers in a frustrating and unfair position. As a seller, I expect timely compensation for transactions where the buyer has received their items. Holding payments without explanation or proper support channels is a **poor business practice** and causes financial strain for individuals who rely on these sales. I am requesting immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure my payout is processed without further delay.

      I am a **** Verified user who was unfairly banned from ******************** Marketplace after posting a listing for a red dot sight. Although the item is not a weapon, ammunition, or explosiveas outlined in Metas own Commerce Policiesit was flagged.I submitted multiple appeals, including screenshots, a screen recording, and even spoke with a **** Pro agent on a support call. Despite all of this, I received no clear explanation, no appeal process, and no option to have Marketplace access restored.The support team admitted the policy did not technically cover my listing and still refused to escalate or reinstate my account. Instead, they suggested reinstalling the app or creating a new accountwhich violates Metas own ******** not trying to repost the flagged item. I am asking for a fair review of my Marketplace access, based on my good standing, clean history, and Verified status. I am asking for **** to restore access or provide a valid path to appeal.

      I recently was logged out of my account that I use for work on my computer. Upon trying to log back in I was prompted to used an authenticator app which I do not have access to or submit my ID. Since I don't have the app, I submitted my ID and a video selfie. Despite following the directions, I was denied. I have now retried numerous times and have been denied every time. there is no other way for me to unlock my account yet I am still logged in on my phone, a device I am unable to work from. This has impacted my work to the point where I am unsure if I will be able to afford my rent next month if this does not get resolved soon. There is no one to contact online and I have exhausted all other options, I am hoping that a review will get their attention and hopefully reach a resolution and alert others to the issue as well.

      My Facebook account has been completely taken over by a hacker/scammer. They have added their contact information and a two-factor authentication app to my account and removed my contact information so the automated account recovery tool does not work for me. I have been unable to contact a real person at Facebook to get this fixed

      I am a social worker, and I have a client whose account was hacked. He cannot change his password because he needs a verification code. The verification code was sent to ********. He doesn't have a WhatsApp account so he can't access the code. The hacker obviously opened a WhatsApp account to keep him from being able to change his password. We have no way to get this resolved because there's no customer service for FB or WhatsApp. There are help pages that are useless. It's pretty ridiculous that the hackers can get into his account, but he can't.
