I sold an item on Facebook Marketplace that was delivered 3/20/2025. My original payout date was 3/22/2025. I was prompted on 3/22/2025 to update my payout information. I changed to ****** and my new payout date was 4/3/2025. I received and continue to receive daily emails and notifications that my payouts are paused and to update my payout information. My name is Taiko *********-****, and I am writing to respectfully request your assistance regarding a serious issue with my Instagram account. My account, under the username @Tai2chris, was suddenly and wrongfully disabled on February 26, 2025, without warning or explanation. The email associated with this account is [email protected] have been an active user of Instagram for several years, using the platform to stay connected with friends, family, and professional contacts. More importantly, I have used it as a valuable tool to promote and grow my small business. The abrupt disabling of my account has not only disrupted my personal relationships but has also significantly impacted my ability to operate and market my business.Despite submitting multiple support requests through Instagrams official channels, I have not received a single response or explanation for the deactivation. I believe this action may have been the result of an error or misunderstanding, as I have always done my best to follow Instagrams Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.Given the lack of communication from Instagram and the major consequences this has had on my life, I am reaching out in hope that your office can intervene. I have problems with my **** accounts for business profile, ads accounts, commerce accounts. problems with access and authority. I have contacted meta and am in chat. i am speaking to *** i have folllowed *** instructions and the results are not what *** wanted. *** appears to now know how to fix the problem. i asked to be escalated to a amanager because *** wants me to file a record through the billing and payments department rather than access which i have been previously told *** not the way to do it. *** has ignored 17 requests to tranfser to a manager. *** finally said they needed to pause the chat so we paused for 3 minutes. *** came back and said they hadnt paused but needed to pause. we paused for 7 minutes an *** siad they had not paused yet but needed to pause. *** is trying to stall and avoid management review of the file by the manager becuase in the chat you will see that *** has demonstrated they do not know what they are doing. they asked if they could go offline and call me but it would take 20 minutes to call me at home. yet the other day a meta worker called me in 1 minute. i addressed that and *** lied about how long it takes to make a call. *** also suggested i log off the account twice which would terminate my chat with them. in the end *** lied about putting the chat on pause. they simply terminated the chat lying once again. i had also asked about how to file a complaint about their behavior and the referenced me to the billing and payments department as well.Initial Complaint

To BBB,My name is ****** Sagnar, and I am the founder/operator of *************************, a registered nonprofit organization. Our Facebook account was recently hacked and taken over. The hacker changed the account handle for my instagram and now I can't appeal the suspension on my ***********, ******************** has suspended my personal account, stating it is connected to the hacked Instagram account, which I don't have control over. Because of this, I have also lost access to my personal and business information. Included bank information and ad account. Urgent Complaint Regarding Hacked Facebook Account and Threatening Behavior Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file an official complaint regarding the ongoing issue with my husband's Facebook account, which was hacked almost six months ago. Despite repeated efforts to report this issue to Facebook, nothing has been done to resolve the situation, and the situation continues to escalate, putting our family in harm's way.The hacker has been using my husband's account to promote scams, and has been maliciously using our mailing address. As a result, people have shown up at our home, threatening my family and causing severe distress. I sold 3 items on Facebook Marketplace over 2 and 3 weeks ago and Facebook Marketplace still has not released my funds. The items I sold were delivered to the buyers weeks ago. I have emailed Facebook support asking for them to pay me and all I get is an AI response with a formulated answer. No human response. I want to be paid for my sales. Facebook takes 10% of my sales as well. Ive never had to wait this long for payment. Im trying to get an answer as to why Ive been removed from Facebook Marketplace. I sent in a message , but only received a response saying the decision was upheld. It keeps saying that I didnt follow community standards, but everything I had had listed had been up for months. I post clothing & household items. Nothing Ive ever posted has been offensive. When I try to send an appeal, the dropdown option box to choose what item has nothing listed. This has me so perplexed. I sent a screenshot of this, but I still do not have an actual answer from Facebook as to whats happening. I need someone to let me know what exactly happened & how we go about fixing this problem. On April 3 2025 I had made a post on my instagram close friends (RyanRosery) and it was flagged for some reason. I assumed it was wording so I adjusted the wording to make it more appropriate and as I opened my IG I was informed my account was suspended and deleted. I was not given a chance to appeal or even given a suspension. I am an actor and use my account for self promotion and I had amassed a following and fanbase. I also have some big projects coming and I cannot create any accounts because anytime I do I am flagged. I also cannot access Whatsapp as it seems my number has been flagged and I am banned from using my phone number which I use the app for business and connecting with my family and friends. This is effecting my quality of life causing stress as I am trying to find ways to overcome and I am hoping that someone here can assist with this issue as Meta seems to be banning me assuming I am doing illegal activity which I am not and never have. And my name and likeness is my brand. Please look me up for reference on IMDB as **** Rosery for my credentials. I would love to acquire my original IG account and have access to WhatsApp with no disruptions ideally however if I must create a new IG then so be it. But I truly would like this ban on me lifted so I can have access to IG to promote myself as well as ******** to communicate and make money through the brand ambassador companies I work for.
