      I ordered 3 Airmoto compressors from ****** on 2/10/25. The amount due did not appear on my credit card statement immediately, but a similar charge appeared listed Modern Life Trend so I accepted it when it was quiried by my credit card.The Amazon order arrived 2 days later and I was charged the expected ************ (2/15) a package with 3 air compressors arrived via **** with return an address Return Solution and no other information.Modern Life Trend should refund $198.96 since I did not order their air compressors.

      I ordered a pair of reading glasses that they advertised to be adjustable and did not need prescription on Feb 6 2025. Instead I received a toy glasses that is made of plastic entirely.They charged my credit card three times for an item that they had advertised for ***** Three different charges totaling *****.I tried to contact them but that seemed to be impossible. I am an elderly person with limited income.I do not have extra money to be scammed. Please make these scammers to refund my money. Thank you

      On 1/20/2025 I placed an online order for 2 Sync Wrist heart rate monitor watches for ***** ea. I was then also charged a "VIP Club membership fee of *****, which I did not authorize nor was i aware of this charge. Shipping charge was 8.99, bringing total paid to ******. After numerous attempts to contact the company about the VIP charge and the fact also that i have not rec'd any product, i was finally refunded the ***** membership fee, however i was told they could not refund the requested ****** product fee and shipping costs. (copied email response here): Thank you for reaching out to us.Upon checking, we have shipped out your order via with a tracking number: VN4415358647US Unfortunately, cancelation or any changes at this time is no longer *************'s what you can do: 1. For unopened packages:Put a note of "Return To Sender" and give it to ****. Track the original tracking number, once it shows "Return To Sender" status, give us a call back so we can process a refund. 2. For opened packages:You may return the item to us but, you will need to contact us first so we can send you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and provide you all the details on how to return them and get a refund. Please note that we don't provide a return label.If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist.I checked with **** on the tracking number - was told it was not a valid number!I just want my money back, and this company should be shut down as it is a SCAM!

      I ordered a security camera total bill was $43.98 from Modern Trend Life. I received tracking information which doesn't work when entered. When checking my charge card I was charged an addictional charge of $19.99. When I called the customer service number to check on shipping and the additional charge I received a voicemail, left my name, number and email but have not gotten a response. I would like a refund for the additional charge of $19.99 and my product or a refund for the $43.98 a paid for it.

      Order # *******, I ordered 2 drones, couple extra batteries and extra cases for drones. Total came to $161.48, upon finalizing sale a extra $19.99 popped up on bill as a elevated member status, this was fraudulent charge that I never agree to, now I can get no response from Modern Life Trends on any of the 3-4 emails I have sent about this issue.

      I bought an air pump (Airmoto) from an advertisement on a ****** play app (Word Roll) but the product isn't working at all. I've gone to the ******* website to request a return and they want an order number, which I never received. I charged the purchase to my Discover card and that was it. No emails with a purchase number; nothing. There was a charge on my Discover card from Modern Life Trend in the amount of $89.98 on 11/18 followed by another charge of $9.99; I guess for delivery charges? I've called their customer service number, was placed on an automatic hold, only to be told by auto voice that there were no technicians and to leave a message, which I did on 4 occasions! No return calls. I emailed them 3 times and each time I got an immediate reply saying they received my email and I would receive a reply soon. NOTHING. Please let me know how I may resolve this issue._______________

      Ordered a tactical hiking stick on 1/17. Have not recieved yet and have recieved bogus tracking info claiming it is in/at maiboxl. *********** said this is not possible from email they sent. I want my money back.
