      Flowers were ordered by my partner for my 70th birthday 4/11. They were never received. My partner had a difficult time ordering them so he no longer wanted to deal with them. I started calling and emailing Friday evening without response until Sunday 4/13. Only to find out that they dont have anyone to deliver in this area. 1. Why would you accept an order without confirmation to fulfill? I was expecting flowers on my birthday because he told me. What a disappointment. 2. The call center is useless. They have zero information available to them and will only file a claim ( easier to do online). It is a totally useless phone service. There is no way this business has 4.9 stars.

      I ordered Flower online before 5 pm West coast time AND paid 10 dollars to have delivered ASAP, but by SUNDAY was a mandatory 10 dollars. So scammed once there as it was FRIDAY business hours. Then, Sunday rolls around and I get a call from my BOSS that the meeting flowers did not arrive on SUNDAY for a 7 am meeting on MONDAY! This is horrible!!!! I need some redemption here!

      Order #: ******* Order Date: Mar 24, 2025 Order Time: 11:56:23PM Order Contents: Teleflora's Blue Blooms Premium size & 1 mylar happy birthday balloon Total Cost (floral arrangement, vase, balloon, Sunday delivery fee, standard ******************* fee & tax: $134.66 What I received was nothing like I ordered. Additionally, they were delivered today and not on Sunday as I order and paid extra for. They look like gas station flowers and were left on the utility box to the side of my mothers condo. The card had countless spelling & grammatical errors and was in a business size envelope that had none of the florists information on it. My mother is a flight attendant and I specifically asked for a Sunday delivery because shes not home. Thankfully someone else was and they were able to retrieve them and send me a photo. Im fuming and my calls to the company as well as emails to them have not helped resolve the problem. I would have been better off picking dandelions and shipping them to my mom because what she received for what I ordered and paid for is ridiculous! Definitely not birthday worthy

      I paid for a flower arrangement to be delivered by 4 pm on March 18, 2025 and I had to pay extra for that time slot. As of today March 26, 2025, I still havent received my refund as requested. I spoke with ****** today, she refused to provide work ID when I requested it. Also, she stated there wasnt a supervisor available and I would have to send an email, which I have already done.

      I ordered flowers from Flowershopping.com to be delivered to my daughter in ***********. The order was placed on Friday, March 21 by 5pm. The order amount was for $74.29 and I paid using my **** card. I ordered the Little Chicadee floral arrangement. I was assured that it would be delivered on time. At 7:30pm Central time I called the 1 **************************************************************************** the office at the apartment complex (this was noted in the order as well). The order was not delivered and I was told I would have a call back in the next few minutes from the floral company about the whereabouts. I had been on hold for 30 minutes already so I clocked out of work and waited for a call that which never came. I received an email that there was a substitute of some of the items requested with no clear explanation. At 1:30pm I received an email that stated the delivery had happened or would happen shortly. I called the office and the flowers had NOT been delivered as promised, which was when I called the 800 number. I called the next day and was assured that there could be a cancellation and a refund as the flowers had still not been delivered. I received another email today on 3/25 that there could not be a cancellation or a refund as the delivery occurred at 1:30 on Friday. I called again to verify that the flowers were not received and they were not. I emailed back and and asked for the name of the florist and explained again that the order had not been received. I looked online and there are several complaints against the company for the same issue.

      Purchased sympathy flower arrangement at 830am to be delivered same day. I paid flowershopping.com $78.35. At 11:15 I receive an email that the item I ordered is not in stock. I call the phone number on email. Representatives couldn't help me, they had to submit a ticket. I wanted to item substituted to like kind but needed to be delivered today. No one on phone could help me or give me an answer. I also thought this was a local florist but it was not. speaking to someone outside of the country. At 2pm I receive another email that my order cannot be fulfilled at all. No one returned my call to speak to me personally. I called in twice. they only contacted me via email. So the day has passed, no flowers will be delivered and they will not fulfill my order. TERRIBLE COMPANY WITH TERRIBLE SERVICE. ******. i will watch my credit card closely to make sure I am not charged.

      . Flowers were to be delivered today 03-12-25. No flowers delivered. Called and emailed them. Paid extra 20 for non-existent delivery.Person on phone not helpful. Apparently not his department. Put in a ticket for a missing order that someone might get back to me in 24 hours.Paid 70 US for arrangement and balloons

      Purchased a gourmet and fruit deluxe basket on 03/06 for rush delivery on 03/07 but received a basket that didnt contain anything gourmet. It contained imperial nuts from the dollar tree, 1 Reeses and 1 snickers along with damaged fruit at less than half of what was advertised. The packaging was atrocious. I paid for rush delivery but received the package late. **************** was a joke and not helpful at all. Basket was not even close to the price and very low quality.

      I ordered flowers from this business that was supposed to be delivered the next day and they were not delivered. I called customer service and they said that I should receive an email. Never received anything.

      *********************************** is a scam that comes up when you choose *******************************. I needed to cancel an order 15 minutes after placing it but when you call them during their business hours they say customer service is closed. Tried to cancel via their website with no response. Seeking a refund.
