I am having my pay garnisheed/levied from this business based on one attempt to collect a debt from emanate health for Covid testing less than one year ago. Not only are they collecting 5xs the original amount, but this is over what should be a free Covid testing per the US Government. This is an act to take advantage and extort. All this occurring within in one year and less the the legal ** medical bill as the law states.

Date of Transaction: August 17, 2021. Amount paid: $538.73 Ordered: ********** XR Elite Commuting Electric Scooter Hello, I ordered these scooters and have attempted to get a resolution from ************* for over a month. They didn't even contact me to update me about my order for over 2 weeks, until I made contact with them. Now, they are attempting to change the scooter order for scooters that are much more inferior to the ones they initially sold me. I have tried for over 2 weeks to get them to do the right thing and send me 2 scooters that are comparable to the ones they sold me. It appears camping world is involved in fraud, deceptive false advertising and they are trying to get out of a sale they agreed to. They stated ****** discontinued the SKU, however, the same scooter is for sale on ****** website. Please see email evidence I am submitting. I just want 2 scooters of what they promised & they shouldn't be allowed to lie and or try to substitute an inferior product.

California Business Bureau sent me a notice from San Antonio Regional Hospital reference the birth of my son. The account number for CBB is XXXXXXX. We were working with San Antonio Hospital because we have dual insurance for the coverage of the birth. CBB has been extremely rude and stating if we dont pay them $500 extra dollars in "interest" than they will take the claim to proceed with litigation. They are threatening additional fees pursuant to California Civil Code 1033 for their attorney fees and the like. I have called several times to speak with a person without an attitude to try and just pay the hospital bill amount of $******* but they are saying we cant do that. They are only out to get additional money from people and in these difficult times with the pandemic and other financial difficulties, it is not right to try and scam people out of more money and call it "interest". Please fix this. If you look at all the complaints you can see we are not the only ones.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/28) */ Contact Name and Title: ***** ****** Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: *******@cbbinc.com The consumer's account was assigned to California Business Bureau, Inc. over a year ago and interest accrued in the amount of $303.92. The consumer paid the interest and principal amount on 09/16/21. We are under no obligation to waive interest. Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2021/09/29) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) They won't change how they do business. So really all of this is just a wasted effort. The only thing I can hope is maybe one day does employees experience something similar and the hardship is put on them, but they will whine and cry and complain and be a hypocrite on what they already happy come.

I want to file a complaint with the better business Bureau, because I believe California business bureau has violated HIPAA laws. As of XX-XX-XXXX I disputed a collection that was on my Experian credit report. California Business bureau reported a debt on my Experian credit report that was not mine. I went through the proper channels to get the item resolved. Enclosed are the copies of the validation I requested on 8-12-2021. CBB sent me ******* ***** medical information. At the time I was investigating a debt that I did not recognize. I reached out to Experian and they verified the account was mine and without error. I then reached out to CBB and asked if they could send me validation on the debt they told Experian was mine and was without error to be verified. On 9-10-2021, CBB sent me ******* ***** medical records for 2 different stays in the hospital, totaling in 2 different debts. I think CBB violated ***** laws by demonstration lack of concern for the privacy of Mr. *****'s me

In response to the complaint response from California Business Bureau, I feel this matter is not resolved. CBB does not have any right to send other people medical records. By law I have a write to ask for validation on debt. Does CBB have the write to bill me? Do they own the debt or not? Is this actually my debt? They did not answer any billing questions. They only sent ******* ***** Medical records. I believe that is in violation of his rights as a person who did or did not see a medical provider. I should not be the one who is fighting over his medical bills. CBB did not send any HIPAA release forms with ******* *****'s signature, releasing the medical forms. HIPAA privacy laws exist for his protection. THIS IS NOT MY BILL. I have shown documents that prove CBB was unlawful in sending medical records. I will not communicate with CBB about this matter. They need to communicate with the rightful owner of the debt.
