Did not receive same product as advertised. Also product received a month late. Totally scammed. It states that you cant return if bag is opened but you dont know that everything that you are supposed to have received is not included is missing without opening the bag.

After 3 plus years in and out of ******************** I get a bill from CBB collections (a.k.a attorney *****************) demanding monies to be paid for non payment of hospital services. The hospital hadn't sent us anything, so we knew nothing had to be paid. San Antonio hadn't even waited 30 days before sending the outstanding balance to CBB. So the CBB Plaintiffs' make the demand of payment for Medical Services for $4,097.69 along with additional interest at 10% per annum for two (2) years and attorney fees for $559.00 be included in the amounts due. Additionally, they lied and said that I refused to make payments, following (undisclosed) attempts made by the Plaintiffs; therefore, making said sum due and payable to the Plaintiffs forthwith. Each of these allegations and demands are denied by me. Along with this, CBB filed a default motion and I was not 'served' well after the acceptable time legally aloud. So I did not know about the judgement. Then COVID hit (they wanted proof, so my husband sent them a picture) and I was again hospitalized. They purposely circumvented the law and I was always behind the eight-ball (so to speak) because I never knew what was going on legally. Now after getting a judgement 2 years ago, I get no 'order after hearing' or communication, I get Garnishee Judgement Debtor this past Monday for $8,564.00. I am shocked! I don't know what recourse I have, but they have been egregiously unethical, most unprofessional, which I would say borders on extortion, a company I have ever come in contact with. They did this on purpose, sat on this for years so they could add more money to their bank accounts! It's reprehensible.

These people are shady crooked thieves. They never served us to appear in court. So we received a notification of judgement three years after the so called court judgement. The interest accrued was over $2000. Making the total bill with a lien on our house $8564. California Business Bureau **** needs to be put out of business. Just read the reviews.

One star doesnt do justice to the nasty and u professional way this company does business. We received a call out of the blue one day (after the pulled a credit report) that my husband has an outstanding past due medical bill from Emanate Health in ***********, mind you we live in Inglewood and our hospital is in DTLA, the information they had was my husband personal information (SSN, address and phone number) but the person name was not my husbands name. The girl that made the call is ********************* (which she never gave responded to our call attempts to clarify the information they had). We went to the hospital to see the records and they didnt had any record of my husband ever been there. Following our visit to the hospital records, we gave them a call one more time to sort everything out to avoid my husbands credit be damaged by a collection, our call was forwarded to manager ********************* to heard us and told us she will review the case because while we were on the phone she wasnt able to pull and account in my husbands name and was not able to give us an answer as to why ***** would pull a credit report before even confirming any information prior. Fast forward 1 week after, account was sent to collections and credit report is now damaged. Gave them a Call and ***** said nothing can be done because its already in collections. It is extremely frustrating because now we have a credit report damaged that will take 2-3 years to clean after they did not did their job right.

I would rate them a negative if possible. I am trying to pay a debt off and without my code t my credit is being tan every time I call! I dont understand why you are negatively impacting consumers that are tying to actually pay the debt off. I was told they dont need anyones consent. Im beyond upset. That is on my credit for over two years just because Im calling. How is this legal.

I sent a package from Anderson CA to Chandler AZ 2-day air and was GUARANTEED it would be there and it wasn't. There was an option to send it by truck, which was over $100.00 less and would have been there the same day, but it was not guaranteed, so I paid $271.41 for the guarantee. When it wasn't there, I asked for my money back, which I was told I could get at time of sending, and was promptly told "we do not offer that option". WHAT???? I was told by their person at THEIR location that it was Guaranteed or money back, and now that is not an option?? So they have you pay a lot of extra money for an option that is guaranteed and that is NOT guaranteed.?? Boy, what a way to pad the bottom line!! Guarantee something...charge a huge price.. then don't pay the claim. Imagine if other companies did that! What a racket. BUYER BE WARE!

Level downtown Los Angeles. Chose this place because it seemed like a good place to enjoy my vacation with family and friends. This was a nightmare from the moment I walked in I was threatened that if my family member who was our ride went in we would be immediately evicted. What a warm welcoming , the employees were rude to say the least especially one particular man with heavy accent. I have never stayed at a place that does not allow a guest to come up for a little bit that isn't actually staying the night. They decided to evict us on the last night dye to this "so called" policy. This is a scam, scam,scam. On top of kicking you out on the street they charge you a 750 fee. Absolutely ridiculous!! I have never experienced anything like this and will definitely be going to the BBB. DO NOT STAY THERE I REPEAT DO NOT STAY THERE.

Before I signed up with Instant Checkmate, LLC, I called their phone number to discuss which product would be best for my purposes. I was advised that Instant Checkmate, LLC's "Unlimited Persons Report Membership" would be best for me, so I signed up for that membership on Monday, July 11, 2022 at 2:17 p.m. EDST, for $35.12. . At the time I called, I was told my one-month subscription would end on Friday, August 12, 2022. On Saturday, August 6, 2022 at about 11:00 a.m. EDST, I was locked out of Instant Checkmate. Instant Checkmate, LLC, is closed on weekends, their phone hours being Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time Zone. I made every effort to unlock my account by myself as suggested on Google, i.e., by resetting my password. That did not work so I had to wait until Monday at 7:00 a.m. Pacific Time Zone (10:00 a.m. EDST). When I called Instant Checkmate on Monday, August 8, 2022 at shortly after 10:00 EDST, I was told I was locked out due to overuse. I was then told I was allowed 25 searches per day, which no one explained to me when I signed up for this on Monday, July 11, 2022. Furthermore, I had been using Instant Checkmate fervently almost every day since I signed up on Monday, July 11, 2022, so I am sure that I used Instant Checkmate for more than 25 searches per day previous to Saturday, August 6, 2022 without being locked out. I asked them to unlock my account and to extend my one-month subscription for the days that I was locked out. They were willing to unlock my account, but NOT extend my one-month subscription for the days that I was locked out. Furthermore, they told me that it would take 48 to 72 hours to unlock my account. As it turned out, my Instant Checkmate account was unlocked on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 5:29 p.m. EDST. So, I was without the use of my one-month subscription for almost six (6) days!!! This is an incredibly unscrupulous business practice to force me to extend my membership!

On 06/25/2021 I went to coastal radiology imaging and intervention in El Toro,California. My insurance, United Health Care, who is wonderful, HAD paid the bill to Coastal. They sent that same bill to MBA Law, a collection agency, and they put it on my credit report that as delinquent. July 25, 2022 I get this letter from the agency they had put it on my credit report at the credit bureaus and that I was delinquent. I called my insurance company and the bill had been paid and these awful awful people coast radiology people have ruin my credit causing hours of getting it straightened out. They incompetent and are totally the worst insufficient people I have ever dealt with plus their customer service is just as bad I wouldn't use them if I was dying. Be aware!
