1 star*************, it never went anywhere by my own doing BUT getting LegalZoom to submit the dissolution was a nightmare! Spoke to several people, submitted documents over and over again, then I continued to get emails wanting more money for an RA....for a business that is inactive with the state. They will not stop sending me emails and I have had over 4 chats with them to stop all contact with me on an inactive account.Review fromChristian F

1 starI created an LLC and payed a subscription for a registration agent to file the ********************. The registration agent was not filing ******************** was canceled. I was fine with my LLC being canceled but Legal zoom continued to bill me and just recently took $400 for the subscription and my LLC was and is no longer active. Having to speak with multiple people just to try and resolve an issue is not professional either.Review fromDeb C

This is a super suspicious website that seems like a phishing operation. My main credit card was denied as I tried to register an LLC. When I called customer service this morning a really rude man informed me that I might not have had "sufficient funds" and must provide another credit card. Meanwhile, there is NO record on my credit card side of any declined payments or "insufficient funds" (it's been more than a week since that "declined" transaction). I asked this rude man to cancel my order and close my account. Hopefully he's actually done it because there is no confirmation email and he seemed mad. His attitude makes me worried about my data he might have access to (such as my phone number and address). Why hire rude and angry agents? Meanwhile spam mails have started arriving asking me to get an LLC registered for $0. Seems like a scam.

1 starI wouldn't trust them. Filed for a business, they approved the business name - took 3 weeks longer than quoted, and then "approved it". I went to the bank to open an account with the *** number - it doesn't exist. Now the state has rejected my business name. I am still waiting for LegalZoom to reimburse me and set me up with an actual business name that is not taken. DO NOT TRUST - File for a business with your local office or another way.Review fromMark F

1 starDO NOT USE Legal Zoom! I just wasted my whole morning talking to 7 agents at Legal Zoom via Chat, Email, and Phone. First of all, their customer service is in *****, so their English is not very understandable. Second, they are terrible at their job. I was simply trying to form an LLC, and they kept rejecting my agent's address because they were misspelling it. They just kept sending me script after script without a clear explanation of what the problem was. It's like talking to a dumb AI. Finally, I requested to escalate, and I spoke with ********, who was able to help me and resolved the issue. Save yourself the hassle and aggravation and find a different service.Review fromBabette N

1 starI can't even give them a 1 star that's how bad the service from Legal zoom was for me. I started ********* in OCT of 2024! I followed all the necessary steps and my order was expired by legal zoom in May DESPITE multiple phone calls and chat session with them. I even RE-SENT PAPERWORK that they could never find in their email system. In May when they said it was going to expire, against my better judgement, I redid my application and was told EXPLICITYLY that it would be finished in 18 days GUARANTEED! The following week I got a charge of $199 for COMPLIANCE REPORTING for ARTICLES that STILL had not be processed!!!! I called on the 22nd day letting them know I still had not received my Articles and that I wanted a refund for everything. They had the audacity to say that because it was outside the time limit, they couldn't refund me...Believe me, I got all my money back after having a very harsh conversation with them about what wasn't done by them and that it was their fault that it expired. Absolute terrible service. I paid for a *** and never received it. Then When I call them for the 20th time to see what's taking so long they magically say it's been activated the very moment after I say I want a refund and Im going to report them to the BBB. Before I threatened them with the refund and BBB they kept giving me the runaround and same corporate responses that they're trained to tell everyone. If you do any sort of business filings please stay away from these people.LegalZoom

Unable to contact anybody regarding they named my LLC the wrong name then they charge me $150 to correct the name I received nothing from them. I want my money back. This company ***** you cant reach anybody the people that you do have such a heavy accent you cant understand them and they always tell you they cant give me legal advice. These people are worthless. I want my money back and I want to warrant anybody who wants to use them they are a pain to deal with.LegalZoom
